[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole house is tiled with area rugs. I bought it primarily for the area rugs but this machine is perfect for both areas. My family room rug is white with a blue design and was starting to show traffic patterns as the room gets a lot of use. This machine made it look new again. I love that I don't have to sweep or vacuum and then mop. I can do it all in one easy step. The ease of cleaning the machine is another plus! Everything comes apart to rinse with water and goes back together easily. I bought a spare roller brush when I purchased, but since the brush cleans quickly and easily, I won't need the spare for a while. I must say including a tray to put the machine on while everything dries was a simple and smart idea. Thank you to the Bissell Crew who designed this machine. I can't think of anything you could have done to make it better. Would I recommend it? Yes. I have done so several times already.

This machine has saved my back and time from vacuuming, mopping, etc. All in one step I can do the entire house and it leaves everything clean, smelling amazing, and looking brand new. Can't recommend enough.

Even though I had mopped the Kitchen and Family Room floors the day before, I decided to try out the new Crosswave. It was amazing! You couldn't even see through the water it pulled up. I felt my floors were absolutely clean and would never trust a bucket and mop again! Wonderfull product. I am passing on this revelation to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a few minutes to clean up the machine afterwards, but I save SO much time not having to sweep prior to mopping, and my floors dry so quickly that I still finish long before the old way of sweeping then mopping. I was afraid it wouldn't get the edges - but the suction power is strong enough that it pulls most all of the dirt away from the baseboards. I was amazed at how great a job it did on my area rug. I have an uber expensive vacuum cleaner, but I think my new CrossWave was equal to the task. Mostly I love how quick and efficient it is to use and how clean my laminate floors feel on my bare feet. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Bissell on our porcelain tile floors. There is a high-pitched noise when using the machine that I don't know is "normal". It's very annoying. The machine seemed to work well for the first month. Then it started "streaking". Now, when I am applying water to the floor, it applies it in streaks rather than a smooth distribution across the brush. It is also not vacuuming up the water as well as it did a month ago, when the machine was new. On the positive side, it is getting a lot of dirt off the tile floor. Our tile is newly installed and it is pulling up a lot of the residue from grouting. It does not clean marks or dried food off the floor, however. I have to go back and hand remove them.

I'm writing this one because as an owner of a house with all wood flooring, I have been searching for a way to clean them without damaging them. I'd tried various push mops with sprays (you know the brands) and I used an older electric floor cleaner, but it didn't remove the water sufficiently. So I purchased the CrossWave All-in-One Multi Surface Wet Dry Vac. It was so very, very worth it! My floors are actually clean now! It puts down the perfect amount of cleaning solution and removes it without leaving the floors damp. Excellent product. Highly recommend!

It makes cleaning so much quicker and easier. I love it! The only thing I would change would be that it would go under taller legged furniture. I still have to use my mop to get under my China cabinet that is 8 inches of the floor. Also it doesn't get close to the mop boards.

My wife and I work everyday and I had a recent illness which required a deep clean for our home. We hired someone to clean and this Bissell was suggested to use by her. This machine made our floors look great and dug deep dirt and dog hair out of the area rugs. We had no idea how dirty they were. It was a good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it goes back and forth from hard floors to my area rug. It did a fantastic job on both. I wet cleaned my laminent floors, then cleaned my rug without water. It still brightened my area rug too. It does take a little more time to clean out than I expected, but I imagine that will get faster in time. I an finding that it gets a little funky and slightly clogged between the roller and the dirt collection cup. But I just rinse it in my tub. I sew, and wondered if hair and thread might get wrapped around the roller, but most all of it ended up in the dirt collection cup, so I was pleased with that. It is amazing how much stuff it pulled ot off my rug. I love not having to sweep prior to mopping. Unbeknownst to me my niece got one the same week I did and was raving about hers on facebook too. So far I am thrilled.
