Cord is long enough to vacuum several rooms at a time (I was considering the cordless, but this vacuum/mop suits my needs just fine). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I can easily go from vacuuming my hardwood floors and carpet to cleaning them with the Bissell multi-surface formula. It is brilliant! With just the push of a button and a trigger, I can clean all my floors and carpet. The machine basically self cleans after each use when you add just a cup or two of water to the storage tray and run the machine for a few seconds. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Crosswave hard floor cleaner for the first time a week ago. What a difference! I have hard tile floors in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The grout was deep gray instead of white. Cleaning the kitchen tile with the Crosswave liquid cleaner in the machine produced deep gray water in the waste tank from years of ineffective cleaning methods. I hope to clean frequently until I can get to the creamy color in the grout and fairly clear water in the waste tank. In the meantime, the kitchen floor is shiny, squeaky clean! The lanai has endured wind blown dust for nearly two years, due to land development behind our home. Also, a plant has blown over three times in the last two months, scattering a fine layer of black silt on the linoleum. Mopping wasn't making much of a difference, or even scrubbing on my hands and knees with a brush. With the leftover cleaning water in the tank and a clean, empty waste tank, I headed out to clean as much as possible. The waste water was muddy black. I used clear water to make a second sweep of the area, which produced more muddy water. This machine really gets to the bottom of the dirt! I knew to use Bissell liquid cleaner in the machine, but it wasn't clear that it had to be the Crosswave brand. So, all week I've been waiting for the shipment of the correct bottles to arrive. This is notable because my mother threw away her Hoover steam cleaner and is waiting to see what my new Bissell will do on her kitchen floor. If she sees an improvement, she will buy a Crosswave, also. I read the reviews and am aware of the pitfalls with this model. I chose to buy it anyway, because there isn't anything as effective for the price. I bought a little Bissell rug spot cleaner a few years ago for our daughter. It's efficient and easy to use, so I was already leaning toward a Bissell product. I would buy this product again.

My floors have never looked so good. I have two new puppies and I've used this almost every day since I got it, and nothing I've used before has ever worked on my floors so well. You just have to buy one to find out who great it is!! It is super easy to use and clean!!

I'm mainly using it on tile and laminate wood floors. I use it with a water and vinegar mixture so it's safe for my pups. I highly recommend this machine! It's easy to use and versatile.

I use it on wood, vinyl, laminate and rugs. I operate a home daycare and covid regulations are more strict than usual. I use it every day six days a week and it works great cleaning and washing the floors. Only regret is I should have gotten one sooner!!!

I vacuumed the hard wood floor before using this and was truly disturbed by the amount of dirt, grime, and dog hair that I picked up even after vacuuming. No mop or swifter can do what this does. The self cleaning brush is a nice feature which I don't use because I took everything apart to wipe out all of the dog hair. I can't emphasize enough the amount of dog hair this thing found. Very gross, but I'm very satisfied with this gizmo!

I use my Bissell cross wave throughout my whole house. I have porcelain floors throughout and it is awesome at helping me keep down the traffic patterns of my dogs. I also use it on my area rugs it always refreshes them and makes them look good. I love thee Bissell products that I get to use in my cross wave it makes my house smell awesome
