I was bamboozled! The sale was so amazing but obviously too good to be true. I purchased the mattress July of 2020. I experienced sagging in the mattress at 2 months but ignored it. Then in October I found it difficult to turn over in my bed because of a slight incline so I turned the mattress and was fine for another month...experience the same issue and turned the mattress again...smh! I've dealt with it for almost 2 years because I know mattresses are supposed to last. I wish I didn't ignore the issues and reviews I read prior to my purchase because I would've definitely wanted my money back. This President's Day weekend I purchased a new mattress and although it's pricier, there's nothing like making sure your body is well rested and undamaged due to a faulty mattress. They should stop selling this mattress with so many of the same complaints. Shame on you Serta and shame on Sam's Club for even continuing to sell this item to all us loyal customers.

I was actually really upset at the quality of these beds. It took less than three months for the very end of the bed to break. I don't even know how to describe how it broke but it basically sunk in like there were no springs you would fall into it and off the bed because there's no support. It's the spot where you climb in and out of bed. I just decided to deal with it because what could I do? I spent over 1k in money I had to make use of it. I bought protective covers from the SERTA brand! WATERPROOF they say. Not only would these not protect against ANY water but they don't against body sweat either. Have you ever seen a mattress that soaks up sweat ? turns to mildew and I live in a humid area and summer is brutal took the mattress all of six months to be stained from human sweat and mildew scented. You would swear I spent 100 bucks on these beds because that was the quality I received This was my first big brand purchase bed I really wanted them to be great I went all out for them with the sheet covers and making sure they would stay in prime condition and it all went down the toilet. Then I had to play tag with emails and phone calls with sams club before I was finally sent over to a serta team member and just to get my refund I have to drag these things outside and sleep on the floor until I get my refund to go elsewhere. And you know how long a refund takes they are going to take their sweet time refunding me and I'll be the one to suffer. I live pay to pay so I don't have money to just blow on big cash items. I have to save up for these things.

We have been sleeping on this mattress for less than a month and the so-called pillow top is already showing visible indentations. The mattress has already sagged where we sleep. Looking across the mattress it is obvious were the indentations and sagging are, after a month of use. The mattress is uncomfortable. There are pressure points within the sagging areas that make sleeping uncomfortable. We bought serta for the reputation however it appears the quality is not what it once was. If we had access to a truck we would haul it back to sams. We contacted customer service and there will be a $100 delivery charge to return it and a $100 delivery charge to deliver a different mattress. If we do this, with the original delivery charge we will have spent almost $800 on a $400 mattress set! We are more than upset and disappointed with this mattress.

My wife and I ordered the King size and, although firm, enjoyed the mattress for the first 10 months. But now we have sagging issues on both sides of the bed. Note - neither one of us weighs over 165 pounds. I now suffer from lower back pain, something that I thought this firm mattress would help alleviate. Be warned...this mattress will sag.

Although the mattress set is comfortable and I intentionally purchased the thick/deep set, I am extremely disappointed in how tall it is. I purchased this for my son who switched from a toddler bed to a full size bed...the top of the mattress is above my waist!!! So obviously he has difficulty getting up on the bed. I am 5'3” but even my King Size bed is only to my thigh. I wish I would have purchased the regular depth. I hate shopping online and I take responsibility for not knowing how tall the measurements would have made the bed, but they didn't offer this one in store. I won't be purchasing mattresses online ever again.

We purchased the mattress in June, and received it at the end of the month. After about 4 months we started sinking and experiencing back pain. The back pain just got worse. We bought a memory foam topper and still sinking on each side. I just started the exchange process, hopefully they send us something that holds up more that 4 months. Sad because our last Serta we had forever and never had an issue.

I've had lower back problems for 25 years. My back was hurting less than normal the first day after sleeping on this bed. The mattress has firm support but it is not hard or uncomfortable in any way. It feels as if the coils hit certain pressure points on your back to alleviate pain.

We have had this mattress for three weeks and it seems to be a very good quality mattress. It is firm but comfortable and it took a few days to get used to, but we are happy to not feel as though we are sleeping in a hole and tossing and turning all night to try to get comfortable. It is advertised to be a 3–4 comfort rating but it is more like a 2. As for the thickness of the mattress, it is more like 12 inches, not 13 and my Hotel brand sheet set I purchased from Sam's club does not fit tight, so I may have to get a thicker mattress pad or a mattress topper which would be another $50-$100. But overall, we are happy to be sleeping well and waking with no back problems.

Highly upset i can exchange the box springs for low profile ones. My furniture was delayed due to covid to mattresses sat in bags in empty room. Finally came and before opening could see they were to big but covid is messing up everything and now we have half product that won't be used.

As I purchased this mattress without having any reviews and online, I was concerned about its quality until I received it. I bought this for my dad with back problem, and it's perfect for him. We both loved it. The quality is excellent, and price is also affordable. It doesn't feel like sleeping on the rock with its firmness, but it still serves the purpose of providing firm support to back. The delivery guys are also very friendly, and excellent service during delivery. I had previous purchase experience with Sam's club, and so I am returning customer due to quality, price, and customer service. They also comply with 10 years warranty.
