We bought thinking it was much softer then it is but it's actually perfectly soft. It's quiet. U can't feel the other persons body movements. It keeps u cool and it keeps u warm. Great price and they even delivered and set up the bed along with hauled away our old bed. Super great buy

I was a bit hesitant about buying a mattress I couldn't test out, but I took a chance on it. So far, so good! It's the best sleep I've had in a long time. My previous mattress was a Serta Perfect Sleeper that held up for over 15 years. This mattress is EXTRA FIRM. The first night I thought it was too hard, but now I really love it! I've had the best sleep ever. the best thing about the mattress is that you cannot feel the bed move when someone gets in or out. We bought the king size, and sometimes my 7 yr old sneaks in the bed and I won't notice till the next morning. I don't even realize when my husband gets in and out of the bed. My last mattress had some bounce to it, this has none, which works just fine for me. All in all, this is a great mattress and it's a great price. It's worth it!

Both my wife and I have had back issues recently (lower back). After going to our chiropractor he asked about our mattress. Our mattress was just over 8 years old. I asked our chiropractor what bed he would recommend. He informed us that his clients with back issues have had success with both the casper and the serta perfect sleeper firm. Those two were the most frequently mentioned in his office. After searching everywhere online (back issues so I couldn't go store to store) I found this product. I took the plunge and ordered this mattress for a few reasons, the customer reviews, Sam's club credit card and this was a pretty big purchase for us, on sale and the cheapest I could find it anywhere, oh yea...AND THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!!!! The good people that delivered this product took down our old mattress set and frame and moved it upstairs for us, they went to the garage and got the new king size frame that I bought on a local yard sale site and put that together for us, they brought in the new box springs and mattress and put all that in place, and they carried all the packaging and mess away. When they say white glove service they mean it!!! A+! That alone was worth the investment because after the first night's sleep we both knew we did the right thing. The quality of the mattress is amazing. The sleep we get is amazing. The product is true to the dimensions and fit perfectly in our space. The firmness is perfect, all the right support where needed with just the right amount of plushness. I am a side sleeper and my side and back doesn't hurt now after waking up. My wife is a back sleeper and she is totally impressed as well. I only wish know we would have ordered this sooner. I closed my eyes last night at 10:30 PM and I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM. I do not remember much in between except dreaming! Well this mattress set is a dream! Worth our investment, every penny.

Even though my "King Koil" mattress was 12 years old, I wasn't looking to buy another mattress just yet. While shopping at Sam's I noticed the great sale on the "Serta Castleview" in the store and went home and went online to do more research. I'm glad I did as you get free "white glove delivery" free when buying the same mattress online. I purchased the firm pillowtop am very pleased with it so far with it. Very comparable to my old "King Koil".

I was a little reserved about this mattress. But after sleeping on this firm mattress my neck and back are feeling a lot better. I feel like I got a better sleep. I usually don't write a review this quick....my wife feels the same. Granted our old mattress was 8 - 10 yrs and plush pillow top...and it cost around 1500 just for mattress...had to buy box springs....this was a great price for this set.

I read reviews that indicated that the mattress was really firm. I was reluctant to buy because of those reviews. I bought and was pleasantly surprised. It is firm but not too firm. It is perfect for me. My back does not hurt when I get up in the morning, now.

Soft, yet firm, which is perfect for husband and I. Have been averaging 5-6 hrs of sleep. First night on new bed, slept 8 hrs. No more stiffness and/or sore joints when getting up in the morning! Ordered low profile box spring. Thank goodness because I'm only 5'4. Getting into bed was a challenge first few nights. Easy off by sliding. (Husband had been entertained) We love our purchase since day 1. Price was affordable. Purchase to delivery was about 3 weeks. 5 star. Do recommend. Would purchase again.

We have been sleeping on this mattress for 3 weeks, so regarding durability I am unable to give an opinion. The mattress and box springs look of good quality. I appreciate the fact that we are able to sit on the edges of this mattress and edges support weight without sliding off the bed. It is a firmer mattress than I expected, and though it has a pillow top I still purchased a microfiber pillowtop to give that extra softness. We are able to turn and sit in this bed easily when reading or watching TV. Prior to this purchase we had a memory foam mattress from sams club that we used for 6 months and it was very comfortable, but it was heavy and more difficult to move around in, because you just simply sunk down into it. My goal in buying this mattress was to have a spring mattress to offer support and have enough cushion to be comfortable, I think that with a more plush laying surface this would be a 5 star rating, but I provided a extra layer of cushion wih a mattress overlay, which has made this mattress a sound investment at this time. The true test of a good investment will be whether it develops dips and sags in a shorter period of time when compared to mattresses that can be 2-3 times the cost of this one.

Bought this almost a month ago and we've enjoyed sleeping on it. Neither of us wake up with the aches and pains we did with our old mattress. The delivery service was really good, arrived exactly when they said they would, set up the new mattress and box springs and took the old set with them. Could not have been better.

We bought this set after our previous set became uncomfortable due to age. Delivery was great and the set was put onto the frame and the old set removed. The mattress itself is average. Better than what we had but not as comfortable as our previous set when it was new. The pillow top does not add much comfort but it is firm which is good for my back.
