This is probably a better mattress for a smaller person. I am 200 pounds and turn often at night. Whenever I move, there's always a sank in the mattress that doesn't immediately comes back up causing me to move to the other side of the bed during the night. By morning the mattress is all good but causes me to lose a little bit of sleep because of having to change sides several times during the night. I am 5 feet nine and if I sit on the side of the bed, my feet are at least 6 inches from the floor. I wish I had purchased the lower box springs. Otherwise, it's a good mattress set.

We purchased the mattress in June, and received it at the end of the month. After about 4 months we started sinking and experiencing back pain. The back pain just got worse. We bought a memory foam topper and still sinking on each side. I just started the exchange process, hopefully they send us something that holds up more that 4 months. Sad because our last Serta we had forever and never had an issue.

Please read the negative reviews and BELIEVE them. I never write reviews but for this one I will. BUYER beware… the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. I purchased in 2017 and after a few months I had a lump that will not go away. It feels like there is extra fabric that has bunched up on the bed. I tried reversing the mattress and that didn't help. THE lump is still there! I shopped for months before purchasing a mattress and I am so disappointed in the quality --- not to mention the loose threads that seem to be peeling from all sides.

I read it was hard and if you are used to a pillow top it is hard. But i like it. My daughter sleeps on it often and she doesn't like it. The process of delivering it was good. But don't expect them to put up the frame if it requires tools. They are not allowed to do that. The bed itself is beautiful. Good strong box springs which is what I wanted. It is tall. Don't expect to use the 18" frame which allows lots of storage.

We got this mattress the first week in January. Within the 1st week, it already had indentations where my husband and I sleep. We are both average height and weight. I even tried sleeping in the middle when he is out of town, hoping to even it out, but it didn't work. The indentation stays on his side, even when he has been gone for 3 nights. I will be contacting Sam's for a refund.

I have only had these mattresses for 5 months and I already have an indention where I sleep very disappointed! Even when we sit on the edge of the bed there is an indent!! We have turned the mattress to no avail that only was helpful for a short time! I am disappointed Serta is suppose to be a quality mattress company!!!

A fine mattress that filled our needs perfectly. The order went smoothly and the delivery was flawless. The crew set the mattress up in the bedroom we designated. They were very professional and helped with the placement. All in all this was a very positive experience.

I purchased this Serta Castle view and two other Serta Bed last December 2016, I have already returned two and I am in the process of returning this one. It had created sinkholes in the middle of the bed. Poor quality, I threw my 20 year old bed but I thinks it's still better than this new Serta beds.

Disappointed in this product. Slept on the mattress seven months and it didn't hold it's shape. Specs shared the extended sleeping surface and holds its edge. We have the king and we both have edge rolling. Poorly designed and constructed. Wish we could return this set.

My wife and I ordered the King size and, although firm, enjoyed the mattress for the first 10 months. But now we have sagging issues on both sides of the bed. Note - neither one of us weighs over 165 pounds. I now suffer from lower back pain, something that I thought this firm mattress would help alleviate. Be warned...this mattress will sag.
