We have had this bed for just under a month... and so far so good... we went into the sams store and tried a bunch of beds out first but I kept coming back to this online only bed... it was priced about perfect with a lot of the features we had been looking for... so far so good... I am 6'4 240 and have always loved my California king.. we upgraded to this from a cheaper model serta we had for almost 7 years... #HopingFor7MoreYears

Service company that brought the bed was great and this rating is not about them. But the rating is about the bed. As soon as the plastic covers were unwrapped off the bed one could see that the thread is unraveling; I am afraid that it will continue. If it does not then I will review at a later date. But it does not look good now.

After shopping for quite a while for a quality king sized mattress at a reasonable price, I took a chance and ordered this mattress site unseen. I wanted a firm mattress for back support, but not one that would be uncomfortable or stiff. This mattress fit both criteria. Ordering was simple, delivery was timely and professional. If you are looking for a quality supportive mattress, this is the one !

This mattress is nice and firm and yet soft on top. We're comfortable and sleeping well with no aches and pains when we wake up. We were not sure about buying a mattress from Sams instead of a mattress store but the delivery was great, they took away the old mattress and box spring, and we saved a bunch of money. Would do it again.

Ok I have been sleeping on this bed for 2 weeks. My old bed was 14 years old also a serta. My husband has a bad back I have body aches. My old bed you would sink in. My husband felt wonderful just after 1 night. I kept having neck problems I realized it was my pillows. I swapped all my pillows for firm. So the bed is really firm but that's what we needed my body aches are gone. I love that it's set a bit higher. The white glove delivery was awesome very professional came before they said which was even better!!!

We wanted a new, quality king mattress set. We looked at some of the "mattress blow-out" places, but we bought a full-sized set from Sam's a few years ago and have been happy with it, so of course wanted to check there. They have a LOT more choices online than in-store. This was $500 off, with in-house delivery. We paid something like $850. Very happy. Plus, I feel more assured about warranty, etc, going through Sam's than some strip-mall mattress outlet.

We bought this set Feb 25. It was finally delivered on 03/20. We are very satisfied with the quality. If you are looking for a firm set it truly is that. Great buy! Highly recommend. Delivery took quite a while but the delivery guys did great. They took my old set off and put the new set in place.

My husband was going thru an unusually severe flare up of sciatica when the mattress arrived. Beginning with the first night, he slept the whole night thru and both of us have experienced solid sleep since. Maybe the painful sciatica was already going away before we got the mattress, I'm not saying that this mattress will cure your sciatica, but a firm mattress does help. Yes, it is firm, but still cushioney and comfortable. So happy we decided on this mattress. Read all the reviews on this one and several others before deciding.

It has been a little over a month since we have purchased our most recent mattresses, 3rd set in 10 years, and these have been the best yet. Firm without being too hard/firm and very comfortable. We even purchased the sheets from Sam's and those are wonderful as well. I have absolutely no complaints!!!!

If you are looking for a very firm mattress, this is for you. I thought perhaps with the pillowtop that it would be firm, but have a comfy "pillow top", but after attempting to sleep on it for a week, I just couldn't take it anymore. I went out and bought a mattress topper. Oh what a world of difference. Unfortunately, it made the mattress so high that I need a step stool to get on my bed... so that isn't going to work either and I'm going to have to return the mattress. Picking a mattress is very difficult and although it might feel nice at the store for about 1 minute while you try it, it's difficult to know whether it will actually work until you try to sleep on it. This mattress is just way too hard for my personal needs.
