This mattress is everything it says it is. I love a very firm mattress due to back issues and since sleeping on this one I wake up with absolutely no aches or pains. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Also, the delivery and set-up of the new mattress and the haul-off of the old was impeccable. The young men were very professional and courteous.

This is the best mattress I have slept on in a very long time, amazing quality. The back support is firm but molds to your body. You really can't feel the person sleeping next to you when they move with each individually wrapped coil. Highly recommend!

We visited our local Sams Club that had several Serta mattresses on display which you could test their comfort and based on that visit felt the three models at the store were too soft. We decided to purchase this Castleview because the website said it was a 2-3 out of 5 meaning 1 is the most firm. Too me, I read this as this mattress will be a little softer than too firm. Well, I think Serta needs to correct this number because it's misleading, this Castleview is very firm!! Luckily my wife loves it and I'll get use to it. Overall the quality seems to be very nice and the white glove delivery was outstanding. They came and setup our new mattress and box springs and took away our old mattress and box springs. My advise is, test out the mattress somewhere before you buy online, unfortunately they was no Castleview to test in our area.

They delivered this mattress set about two weeks ago. The delivery men did a great job getting the matress and boxspring up to the second floor. They also took away the old mattress and boxspring. So far this mattress is great. It was quite hard to buy a mattress without testing it out first, but I will say that we are happy with the mattress so far. At first it was a little too firm for me, but my husband needed a firm mattress for his back. I have gotten used to the mattress and actually sleep very well on it. This is a great mattress for the price.

I bought this a month ago I am glad I did. The delivery process was seamless. They were very professional. Took away my old mattress and box spring and put the new mattress in minutes. The mattress is so comfortable not too hard or soft- perfect. No more back pain and neck pain. The price was perfect. Thank you Sam's Club for a great service.

I love this mattress! It's absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I have no problems adjusting immediately. The only thing I would do different is order a different box springs. I ordered the shortest of the two options but it's still really high on top of my frame.. The delivery man said there was a third option which was only a couple of inches tall. I didn't see a third option so maybe I missed it. But the box springs is beautiful and the bed is gorgeous!

Made the purchase a couple months back and wanted to wait to write a good and honest review. I am very pleased with my purchase. Provides just the right amount of firmness for a great night sleep. No back aches and well rested. BUT Sam's Club needs to pick a better delivery company that stand by their time schedule and practice in better customer satisfaction

Hard to say enough good things. Shopped around for months and luckily scored this on a day after thanksgiving sale. Glad I did. Sleeping amazing every night. Firm yet soft. Takes about two weeks to deliver and crew was prompt, professional and showed up at the exact time.

Been sleeping on this for a few nights now and so far my wife and I love it. It's pretty firm but has a soft top and is very comfortable. My favorite aspect is how little motion is transferred. When one person moves, the other can hardly feel it. No creaking either. Great mattress!

We bought two of these mattresses and they are great! Delivery took a little longer than expected but it was around a holiday which slowed things down. They were very good about letting us know when they would be delivered and took away our old mattresses. The mattresses are very nice and just what we expected. A great buy at a great price.
