Wonderful mattress with as good of uninterrupted night sleep as our old Select Comfort. But, I must say I was a bit confused before I purchased it because of a few bad reviews claiming sagging in the middle after a few weeks. Well we almost fell prey to the mistake those people probably made, insufficient foundation support. After delivery and set-up I "actually" read the tag and it graphically shows how the foundation should be supported. I guess I overdid it a little but by adding to the floor support to each of the five slats but it is flatter and firmer than it was before and sleeps perfect now.

I purchased this set for my guest room. I do not know how well it will hold up. I was a little dissapointed in the fabric covering the box springs, side of mattress and handles. The delivery men carried the set upstairs and just from that the handles frayed so I am concerned about how the fabric will wear. Other than that, this was a good deal for the price.

It's the best purchase I have ever made. Delivered on time and by the friendliest individuals that treated my house with more respect then I often do. On top of that the bed is comfortable without being overly plush and squishy. I no longer wake up with aches and pains in my lower back or hips. It has enough cushion to mold to your body while still being a firm mattress.

I purchased this set on 3/1/19 was white glove dilvery and have not had but 1 night of good sleep I wake up with severe lower back pain and I never have had back pain, my poor husband has had back surgery and can't walk the next day let alone get out of the bed pain free the worst purchase ever. I called on 3/31 to start the process for a return and refund. I do not recommend this to anyone

Be aware that this mattress has almost no Cush. It is quite "firm", so if that's what you're looking for, look no further. I almost returned it but after 4 nights I got used to the firmness and decided to by a good mattress pad with lots of Cush. The pad really helped and we decided that for the price (bought it on Black Friday for 200.00 off) we would put it to the test to see how long it would last before breaking down and caving in where we sleep. only time will tell.

So far I am very happy with the purchase of this mattress! From the order to delivery communication of when to expect it was maintained! The guys who delivered the new and picked up the old were polite and courteous! The mattress is firm but comfortable! Time will tell about long term comfort, but right now I love it! Best sleep in a long time!

Very comfortable. Getting a good night's sleep. Replaced a memory foam mattress with the Serta Castleview. Used a good mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Loved the handles on the sides that made it easier to move around. The mattress has the right amount of firmness for us.

My wife & I already own a a “mattress in a box” and we looked for a long time at another for a different bed. We decided on this mattress and we are very happy with it. I like the combination of the firm foundation with a nice pillow top. Also very happy with the delivery service. It was a bit longer between order and delivery than I would like, but the two gentlemen who hauled the mattress in were quick and courteous.

We bought this king mattress for our children's guest room...so we had a place to sleep other than a hotel. We just stayed 3 nights and we were pleasantly surprised as to the firmness and comfort of this mattress. So we buy the mattress and save $150/night, the mattress will pay for itself on our next visit. Highly Recommend.

We love our new mattress! The pillowtop is so soft, but you can feel the firm support underneath. I use an activity monitor with sleep tracking and my sleep quality has improved dramatically. I was a little worried after reading the review about it getting a "dip", but now I can see what they were talking about. The memory foam layer gets warmer and softer underneath you if you are laying in the same spot, so it does feel like a dip, but it fluffs back up after you reposition or get out of bed. It's just the nature of the memory foam, not a defect.
