This tv has lost connectivity 4 times since purchase May 3. I have lost hours this time and am unable to restart or reset it. It should not be this complicated. I will never purchase another vizio again. I wish I still had the packaging. I don't even know if I can return it at this point. I'm disgusted. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

The hardest part to assemble was putting the legs on. Turned it on and it asked me a few questions about preferences. Updated twice and was very surprised that I did not have to put a single password in.

I purchased this television in July and as of today 8/13/2026 it has now stopped working. The process that VISO has on their app is useless unless you have the receipt and I cannot find the receipt. Can Wal-Mart reprint my receipt for me.

VIZIO probably one of the best TVs put on the market today. I have a bigger one I bought that little one for a friend of mine cause his TV quit the sound quit working so wanted to make sure he had something to watch.

thisnis absolutely ha ds down the worst TV i have ecer.purchased. constantly have to reset it, loses memory on accounts and have to reset, remote too small. its just all aprund SUCKS

I thought with the tariffs a TV would be way more than I could afford. I expected it to be double what I paid for the identical TV 3 years ago. /Boy was I surprised. The actual price was about half!!! It's a fantastic deal!!!

Worked great until it suddenly went black last night. Tried all the restore methods described... nothing worked. Will inquire about replacement today.

For the price it's a great TV. Since I'm old and didn't comprehend the specifics, even though it said you must have a Walmart membership for the TV to function. I didn't realize that. Thankfully I do have a Walmart membership, so after I figured that out, it was easy to set up. Picture is awesome, sound is awesome. Now I have to figure out how to set my direct TV remote to the Vizio remote, so I don't have to use 2 remotes. Have a feeling that isn't going to work, that's for another day. Did get my Roku stick to work. Another remote!! So, if you do not have a Walmart membership, do not buy this TV!

if you're over 40 chances are you won't be able to hear a thing on this tv. im 68 and yes a little hard of hearing. i turned up the volume for the first time and it was already at 100 % !!! . also its a nightmare to set it up compared to my Samsung and insignia tvs. Picture is okay. if you buy it plan on a soundbar . personally, i don't recommend this 32 inch tv .

I just can't get this TV to sound good at all. I have to keep turning it up and down between scenes, ads, and different shows, and then sometimes right in the middle of a show. I got it to finally stop losing the picture all together (turning it off and then on again, several times a day) but the low sound is nerve wracking to me so I hope it fixes itself soon. I know it was cheap and on sale, but I just wished it worked as well as my first VIZIO.
