You must install it in conjunction with a Walmart account! The installation is too complicated and insisting on a Walmart account is a negative factor.

I LOVE this TV ! I bought a Roku from Amazon and it’s awful. This tv is creeds my expectation for ease of finding antennae channels , their input menu is simple so I can understand it. The picture is excellent . I highly recommend this TV !

My tv picture went out on my old tv on sat afternoon, i ordered this new tv online sat night, was picked up on sun %26 my stepbrother hooked it all up for me. He didn't have any problems. I had to install the vizio app on my phone which only took a few minutes. The remote that comes w/this tv is a LOT smaller than usual (fits your palm) %26 has 6 most used app buttons on it (prime, Netflix %26 etc) so thats a little convenient. It also has 300 free tv channels. I still have cable so, thats all ive watched so far. Otherwise, the picture is great %26 i didn't get a soundbar but i hear just fine w/out it. I have it sitting on a dresser in front of my bed, i watch it from the side a lot also %26 don't have any picture distortion problems. Im happy so far with everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually ordered this thinking it was a Roku tv. The television has great picture and was priced right. What I did not like was how invasive the Vizio set up was. I was forced to download an app that I didn't want.

Keep in mind I'm a middle aged girl. I'm not the IT department but I'm not computer illiterate-I'm average. I found this confusing to set up. Took me an hour to figure everything out. I just wanted to watch network television nothing fancy. I was watching a streaming service the next evening-but it took a hot minute to get used to my new tv. Overall picture, sound and remote is cool - I'm happy now and haven't have any issues. Hoping this will last a good while. I guess I would recommend-just get someone to help with getting your channels and give yourself a minute to acclamate to the new set up. I had to sign up for a Vizio account too. All and all pretty low drama for an evening.

I enjoy this television very much the picture is clear and crisp the color is vibrant. the only drawback that I have had is** WHEN USING THE REMOTE CONTROL THAT IS SUCH A SIGNIFICANT LAG TIME. IT HAS VERY SLOW RESPONSE TIME FROM REMOTE TO TELEVISION.. 100% OF THE TIME Otherwise great entertainment experience

I would recommend this for anyone who is getting their first flatscreen TV for themselves or a gift for a neighbor who has helped you out or a family member out as a birthday Christmas present. For better sound of better quality I highly recommend this. The 3-D capabilities are wonderful. The picture is bright and you are able to see what you need to very easily. The motion is smooth along with the easy set up of what the smart things app and the LED back lights really helps. bring the pressure bright and the live so you can see and understand what is going on your TV at that particular time.

item would not sync up with the internet Wi-Fi. it appeared like it did when I first took it up, but continue to buffer and not make connection. I would go through and get the right channel. it would be fine while I was watching it, but if I tried to turn up the volume on the TV it would freeze and continue to buffer. I added the app to my phone. I would have to use the remote for part of it, but when it started buffering, I had to use the app off my phone to reset the channel the volume the show. frequently it would have to go through up to nine commercials before I could do anything. NOT WORTH THE STRESS! ULTIMATELY RETURNED FOR REFUND.

During set up, I noticed the screen had an imprint of what appeared to be initials in screen...some weird accidental defect, but it almost looks as if some idiot at the factory wanted to be funny and imprinted their initials in the pixels of the screen...very tiny, the two letters were smaller than my pinky nail, but it was still obvious. I returned it.

The remote control for the 32inch tv that I purchased is TOO SMALL. I have average size hands and the remote is so small that my fingers hit multiple functions at once by accident. The volume control especially is nearly impossible to use!! I have a 50 inch model and the remote is full size and works much better!!
