Have not had very long it does not even have a picture on it anymore. Hard to set up hard to get help. Want my money back

I purchased this television and the picture is out already don't know what happened but now tv is black and doesn't power on anymore how do we fix this ?

I love Vizio TV's, I have a couple of them however, I didn't keep this one not because it didn't work or anything just decided to pick a bigger size. Great TV though.

TV is as advertised, but the remote pictured is NOT what was included with the TV - disappointing!! We looked up the TV before we bought it to check on the remote. That was the only reason we went for this one over the Onn smart tv that was cheaper.

Absolutely the most stupid situation I've ever experienced. The tv will not operate unless it's connected to your Walmart account. Will be returning. DONT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!!!

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, rather unresponsive with the remote. The idle screensaver blasts music and ads and is on by default. However, it does the job if you're looking for a cheap, small TV.

TV legs do not lock securely in place making it unsteady. The screws are as tight as they go and legs are still loose. Better to mount on the wall if possible. This is not an option for me.

I wanted a second monitor option for my desktop computer system. Sometimes 2 screens would work well, plus I could work and watch the TV if not using it for a second monitor.

Bought this tv in February of 2026. It lasted five months before it quit. Luckily the manufacturer does a one year warranty. I would not suggest buying this tv. Not worth the $98 I paid for it at the time.

Do not buy... 2 in 4 years and Vizio tech admitted there were issues with this model but just over warranty period and nothing they could do... bought my last Vizio... they've lost me as a customer to TCL
