this is a really good tv. It is not the easiest set up if you just want a tv. Not intuitive but not the most difficult either. It is the web features that can be confusing. once getting thru the set up it is a good tv with a good picture. I paired it with a Bose sound speaker. really good combination. and it was a good price. I had walmart deliver it as it may not have fit into my vehicle easily. Had it in an hour from the time I ordered it. good job all around.

Was very annoyed that you cannot use the TV without paying an additional charge to Activate it through VIZIO. I only wanted it to be able to use DISH, and other streaming services of my choice. No where does it say,before you buy that you have to pay more and cannot opt out. So much for what it calls free TV! What I thought was a decent price for a bedroom TV was not so good. They should make that clear in their advertising.

The TV has very nice picture quality I mean, sharp and clear the only con which I only deducted one star is the volume and sound. The sound is not as rich and full, but what do you want for the price that I paid $118 so I'm OK with it. It's a good buy for my home office. I would recommend it to anyone.

You require an account providing all the users data so you can, according to the terms, sell it to. 3rd parties just to be able to use it as a TV. Will never buy another Vizio even though I have bought several. TV seems fine, the scam is not. This opinion is all over Reddit.

Obviously, since this is my 3rd exact same model plus my parents had this same one as well this is why I purchased it to start with. love how easy is it for any age group and u don't have to be tech savvy to know how to set it all up, which that too was way easy and pretty dang quick if I say so myself. The restart is a snap to recycle back to the home screen. Connecting all the gaming consoles, sound bar, and the pretty led back lights that I bought to brighten the bedroom without a lamp! I'm gonna give Vizio a personal high 5 and a pat on the back for knocking it out of the park.

Installation was easy but programming was extremely difficult. Unable to change channels without waiting for an hourglass to run before the channel would change. Too time consuming!! Didn't care for the tiny buttons on the remote. Not senior friendly at all! On a positive note, picture clarity was great; sound was good. I always appreciate the quality brand, but this item was a little too high-tech for this senior. May be more appropriate for the younger generation.

The legs aren't sturdy and the tv just falls forward. Soooo disappointed with this purchase. I've never had this problem with any other tv

Very difficult to set up I was purchasing for one of my Residents at work but no one could figure out how to set it up.
