Could use some work

This was purchased in 2022 for a new build. We're the first to use it. Pros: - Nice tech features. I like how it can integrate with an LG microwave and turn on the fan. Cons: - This product is very hard to clean. Specifically the stove. I scrubbed off some of the stove knob indications using light pressure with a sponge. This has never happened to me with other stoves. - I wish the oven and stove could be turned on and off remotely even without the remote setting. You basically need to know (plan) that you will want to use the remote settings, set it, and then this will allow you to remotely turn on the oven. And you only have one chance to use it. Meaning if you turn it on by mistake when you don't mean to you can't use the remote setting again and turn on the stove remotely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great! I love less stainless and more porcelain! Top porcelain still looks streaky after washing with soap and water but I'm working on finding the solution.The blue interior seems easy to clean, and really looks upscale!. A lot of extra feature that I will probably never use. I am not comfortable with remote start of a gas oven. But I am sure it will make the younger , busy generation happy ! I love this product!

I would suggest looking at other options

Came with the new house, top grates are too textured and make it hard to slide pans around. The middle burner is mostly useless and takes up valuable real estate on the stove top making you bring your pans to the edge. The oven racks are thin and not very sturdy. The broiler will not light if the oven temp is above 400 degrees (and yes that is an undocumented feature). The oven almost instantaneously loses heat 30-40 degrees when opened and takes way too long to recover the Wifi and app are pointless, overall, i would suggest looking at other options

Horrible range

Recently bought a home that came with a LG gas range we have cooked on gas ranges for Over 20 years this is by far the worst range we have ever experienced, do your self a favor don’t buy this lg if you bake or roast it’s a over priced air fryer.

Stained burners and cooktop

Loved the look of this stove. Biggest let down is the black top. It becomes easily stained and stains don’t come off no matter what I try. The burners discolor quickly making my new stove look old. Tried soaking them and stains still there. Cooktop scratches easily from the grates no matter how careful I am. Would not recommend due to the fact if you want a new looking stove for years to come this isn’t the stove to buy! Very disappointed with this LG product

Poor oven temp regulation

This range came installed in a new house in June 2022. The oven does not maintain temperature correctly. I initially thought my baked goods weren't coming out right because we moved across the country and the humidity is different, but I recently realized that the real problem is the oven itself. I have tried to calibrate the oven temp a few times and it will heat to initial temp but once there is something in the oven to cook it does not maintain temp and falls by 30-40 degrees with no recovery unless I turn the oven off and back on to the set temperature. Save yourself a huge headache and do not buy this range!

Excellent range with many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this for nearly a month now, and it does a fantastic job. The broiler and air fryer functions on the oven are great! The variety of burners give you lots of options and heat control. The only thing we would change is that the burner caps are already starting to have some small discolored spots on them. We have replaced one of them, and now need to call for another. Maybe it's just the nature of burner covers on gas range....

LIFE'S not so GOOD

I was excited with the LG Life's Good slogan in 2021 when I purchased LG products but have grown disappointed and frustrated - replaced an igniter an average of once a year since my purchase of the gas oven. Now the Control Circuit Board is defective.
