The oven is great! Looking forward to using the different functions of it in the future. Also looking forward to using the grill in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very glad that I chose an LG stove. The unit was everything that I wanted and everything that I needed. It surpasses,Samsung, Whirlpool and GE. I WILL CERTAINLY LOOK TOWARD LG PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE.

We have had this stove for a year and love it. The only issue we have had is getting replacement parts for the black stainless steel finish. Nothing wrong with the product, it was our fault that the finish got messed up. Love using the Giant AirFry basket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this oven for about 6 weeks. Stove top is very powerful and cools fast. Love all the over features. Air fry takes longer than expected but still does the job. Control panel is a little sensitive but have gotten used to it.

So far, no complains except that when cleaning the knobs, you have to be careful to not scrape it too hard the lettering on it is not the greatest quality but I have contacted LG for a replacement set of knobs and got one no questions asked so definitely recommend!

We have had this for about a month now and it works great. The front two burner work really well for heating things up fast. My only complaint is that the air fryer function doesn’t work the same as a counter top one. But I think it’s just trail and error to get that part dialed in. Also, it looks great and cleans really easily.

The words are not back lit and not printed with a high gloss white color, so it is very difficult to read the words. For such a sophisticated range and price, it should be back lit or the words should be legible without having to shine a light on it. The symbol fo the Wi-Fi, which is not necessary to be seen is lit, but not the up/down or light or etc. symbols and words that are used repeatedly with every use. Lower cost ranges do not have this problem It was also not displayed as such in some of the marketing brochure. Not happy!

The only reason we knocked off a star is I am supposed to be able to scan food products and it automatically sets the oven temp and time. But every product we scanned came up with a message that the product is not recognized. Too bad. That feature would have been useful.

I bought this a couple of months ago and after one month of use, one of the igniters in the stovetop failed to provide the spark. LG had to send two separate techs to my home to fix the problem as the first one did not carry the repair part. Other than the lack of quality control, the range works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our oven often. When it's cold, the trays can slide in and out with some difficulty. However, when the oven is hot, the trays cannot slide in and out at all. They are completely stuck. It is extremely frustrating.
