We have had this stove for a year and love it. The only issue we have had is getting replacement parts for the black stainless steel finish. Nothing wrong with the product, it was our fault that the finish got messed up. Love using the Giant AirFry basket.

The range is far better than anything I have owned in the past. Temperatures are spot-on, control easy and intuitive. Appearance is quite nice as well as ease of maintenance. The prompts/notifications are efficient and handy. I would seriously reccmd this unit to any that are considering a range replacement.

The oven is great! Looking forward to using the different functions of it in the future. Also looking forward to using the grill in the future. The words are not back lit and not printed with a high gloss white color, so it is very difficult to read the words. For such a sophisticated range and price, it should be back lit or the words should be legible without having to shine a light on it. The symbol fo the Wi-Fi, which is not necessary to be seen is lit, but not the up/down or light or etc. symbols and words that are used repeatedly with every use. Lower cost ranges do not have this problem It was also not displayed as such in some of the marketing brochure. Not happy!

The only reason we knocked off a star is I am supposed to be able to scan food products and it automatically sets the oven temp and time. But every product we scanned came up with a message that the product is not recognized. Too bad. That feature would have been useful.

My previous range was a Kitchenaid KSGG700EBS1 and from day one I had problems with it and they finally bought it back f. I used that check to purchase this LG and so far I really like it. I hope that all of the positive things that I've heard about LG are true especially after my previous experience wit the other manufacturer. I am really looking forward to using my new range. I just wished that they would have provided 3 oven racks instead of just 2. That would have been very useful for me.

I bought this a couple of months ago and after one month of use, one of the igniters in the stovetop failed to provide the spark. LG had to send two separate techs to my home to fix the problem as the first one did not carry the repair part. Other than the lack of quality control, the range works well.

The oven cooks a lot more evenly than our previous stove. I love the style of the stove especially the blue inside. My biggest issue is with the grates and burners. The grates and burners look like they are 5 years old already. Very disappointed, unsure if I would recommend to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this range a year ago. Unfortunately the racks are not sitting flushed. All my cakes come out half bigger than the other. But this thanksgiving when I did the Turkey it toppled over and split. The racks just don’t sit flush. PLEASE HELP ME.

We received delivery in July This is one of the most beautiful stoves we have ever owned And that’s where it ends range top is a royal pain to clean We have tried several products recommended by LG none are any better Next the cast iron grates no matter how careful you are they will scratch the range top The elastic time clock always runs at least 20 minutes behind time.The burner caps have discolored along with the knobs One last thing look for something else
