I wouldn't trade it for any other TV been with this brand for years now not one complaint. the brightness is amazing and the contrast is Pitch Perfect . amazing for viewing movies resolution doesn't go down and this tv does not need to continuously refresh unlike other brands

The only bad thing I have to say about it is sometimes it's slow. I don't know if the system needs updating and also I constantly lose the remote control cause it's very skinny if it's gonna be skinny and that easily to lose, we should put a locator on it like a Roku remote where you can find it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a replacement for a 15-year-old 46" Samsung flatscreen, and what a huge difference! The picture is clear and sharp and looks more 3D than flat, like you're watching it in person. The colors are vibrant and bright, but not oversaturated. The brightness and contrast make even "dark" scenes visible, but not unnatural. The only downside has been difficulty connecting to the Amazon Fire stick, but that's a work in progress. All in all, love the TV, would recommend.

Thin bezel and overall thickness is just a few inches. Nearly sits flush on my wall with the mount I am using. Overall 9 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal has voice activate, a huge Crystal clear high def screen, with 9(Nine) different types of picture options, from Standard to Film Maker mode, holds your favorite channels in a list, will update you on your favorite sports teams in real time conveniently without making you turn the channel. It will wake me up at time of my choosing, or turn itself off with the tap of a button. It's a good quality tv & well worth the price we paid.

The main thing I was looking for was good picture quality, and this TV delivers 100%. The colors are so vibrant and punchy without looking fake, and the crispness of the 4K picture is unreal—everything looks super sharp. For a 65-inch screen, the clarity is top-notch. It was easy to set up and looks sleek in my living room, but honestly, I just can't get over how good the picture looks for the price. Highly recommend if you want a stunning display!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the fact that, each time you turn on the tv it's going to start playing SAMSUNG tv app. I've asked at best buy and they say that is how the unit works. The remote is my biggest complaint; each button or bar has to many functions! You increase the volume, but you pushed a little too long now you have closed captioning. The select button in the center is same thing, you touch too hard and you have not paused your program you have switched channels completely. It's marked poorly and has no voice command feature. The picture is absolutely amazing, sound is great, the remote and Samsung app have me wishing I'd bought a SONY again.

The remote controls, doesnt have numbers etc on it, I find that a bit distracting when having to user on board keys to enter numbers! No refresh issues! All in all a very good tv for the money!
