I love the clarity and dimensions of the screen. The remote is overly complicated: to change a channel or figure out how to get access to all the channels and Samsung tv. I love the free extra channels from Samsung TV.

The sharpness and clarity of the TV's picture was much better than I expected. Along with the intuitive functionality of the smart TV with it simple setup I was streaming within minutes of installation.

Not happy with this smart television, I’ve owned a few Samsung televisions, this model is worse br far. I do not like the settings menu, I use the sleep timer quite often, their are to many steps to set the sleep timer

I like how bright it is, I love the colors, they pop really well, very vibrant, the blacks are pretty good for this kind of screen, the upscaling is actually pretty solid and its pretty quick, responsive.

Great television, brilliant color and terrific for clicker/remote junkies who watch 5-4 channels at the same time. Frustrating for his wife but he loves it!

Actually the visual is very good. However, the REMOTE is the worst ever!! It is NOT user friendly. Unless you memorize what each button stands for -- it's useless!! What good is a TV if the remote is worthless.
