[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I may switch away from Samsung although I have purchased all my TVs and computer screens Samsung. Problem is the remote is too small and touchy, the mute same button as up/down volume is a bad choice, keep muting when only want to change volume. The remote only for on/off function some computer screens aggravating if using a PC. The menu on TV is frustrating to use and navigate. I can only say that someone over thought these products. Changing TV input frustrating to navigate to. Think Roku, keep it simple and adjust the remote so that each time you pick it up or put it down the buttons are not pressed and TV mute or changes. That NEVER happens with Roku type remote or the larger 3rd party remotes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great television. Loaded apps fast. Beautiful picture. Very easy to use. I love the Samsung channels. I would get an extended warranty on it. Screen started to go out fast. I expected a better life for more expensive products but this one REALLY disappointed me in the longevity category. As hard as it is to oder, handle and mount these televisions they need to last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I'm enjoying my Samsung 50" Smart TV each and everyday. I initially thought 50" would be to large, but really isn't. The 4K clarity is much better than 1080p. The screen is much bright and vibrant and the contrast is great. Sometimes the remote can be a little slow to respond. I do like the slim design of the remote.

Like how my Samsung galaxy phone is connected and linked making options much more easier. I love all of the sound and display options, such as amplified surround sound, different color and contrast options, along with brightness. Depending on your home wifi network, the t.v is very fast responding, with reliable streaming on every app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Samsung TV so much that I ended up buying two more one for the bedroom one for the living room of course I have one outside on the patio but yeah it's got great to contrast brightness is perfect I really like all the Samsung features including the Samsung TV channels I watch a lot of them plus you know I can hook up I have my Samsung tablet and my Samsung phone that all works great with all my Samsung TVs I really highly recommend checking out if you don't have any Samsung TVs to check them out

And it is so difficult to get it back on my MS Now channel with Direct TV! It is a crazy waste of time trying to get it back to the screen I last watched!!! And it is sooooooooo loud on the dancing/singing channel in Chinese language...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have frequent not requested channel hanges. If I watching cable TV, sometimes the TV will go to Samsung TV. Changing back to cable TV becomes very difficult. Rentering cable TV viA ion does nt always change back to my cable channels. I various methods but return is difficult. Most time power down and restart must be done but this does always work. I find it very difficult to navigate the Samsung TV to find likeable programs. Very, very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I used it the second day after installation, it got frozen when I was navigating thru the Samsung Channels; I had to unplug it and then plugged it back again. The remote control didn't help. Hasn't happened since then, but didn't feel good when that occurred
