The TV has great quality and shows images clearly and with lots of details. My only problem with the TV is that it makes a loud humming noise the brighter the TV gets, and despite trying to troubleshoot the issue, I have not been able to fix it outside of having my TV be super dim. If you can get past this issue (having a fan off blocks the sound mostly), it is a worthwhile investment!

The quality and picture is sharp and crispy. Being able to use our phones as remotes is super convenient, as well as screen sharing and Bluetoothing videos and music to it. Its been one of favorite Samsung products for sure.

There are I am sure programs that I have not been able to use. I find that I mainly watch NETFLEX AND PRIME. I will look into other channels I just enjoy watching those two stations. Overall I like my tv I just found it very difficult to set up. My son had to help me actually set it up. I just don’t “play around” with my options

Tv is very difficult to work. It takes forever to get to the tv mode and once you hit the channel button it takes even,or time to locate the show currently on. If you tap the channel too quickly you have to go through a three step process again to watch your show. And sometimes you have to go through that three step process several times to get the tv show. Also the volume and mute button is combined on the controller so when you want to change the volume the mute turns on and vise versa. The entire tv is dysfunctional.

The tv is fairly bright and picture looks good. Its resolution is sharp and has good darkness and black that is true dark in color. The refresh rate is good for high motion video and sports and action events look good on the tv. It’s a good tv only thing is it has had a few software glitches that required a restart to clear

The picture, color and resolution are stunning. The only thing I never cared for was the sound. It's very low and there's zero bass whatsoever. I bought a Samsung soundbar to fix that issue though. Other than that great TV and definitely got my money's worth out of it.

I got a Samsung plasma TV back in 2014, and ever since then, I've been hooked on their products, like their phones and smartwatches. My new 65-inch Crystal TV really shows how far display tech has come. It gives you an amazing, immersive picture that's super clear. The 4K resolution is awesome for gaming, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth. Plus, the sound on the Crystal TV is great – it fills the whole room, so I don't even need extra speakers or a soundbar. What else can I say about the 65-inch Crystal TV? Lightweight, immersive sound, and top-quality picture – I'm all in on Samsung's ecosystem!

The quality of the picture is excellent! My Roku Stick was working beautifully, however, one day recently I attempted to open it and it would not download on the Samsung TV. Every attempt has failed, even though all our other TV's work perfectly with Roku. Not happy with that at all!!
