Looks great, sounds sub par, bought a Samsung sound bar, and now have already had to factory reset the tv. Not at all happy with this, or Samsung's so called support. At one point I had accidentally connected to their Canadian support folks, they were amazing, but were not allowed to help me. The American one was rude and unhelpful. I now have a sound bar the TV refuses to use unless I factory reset. I bought them at the same time, both Samsung, both worked grea for exactly 4 months. Picture is great. Sound on the tv alone is terrible.

Not a bad TV, but it turns out there's *one* pixel in the middle of the screen that always stays white. It's not noticeable most of the time, but during darker scenes it's pretty annoying. I'd take the TV back for an exchange, but probably not worth the effort.

This TV is top of the line it's the best TV I've had in many years there's no issues with it the clarity is wonderful and definition is wonderful also. Watching movies is like in a theater. Samsung TVs are high quality. When necessary I will continue to purchase thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned more than one generation of the TV - I live the TV and would keep purchasing them - however the earlier interfaces treated this more like a TV - the interface now is more like an art gallery. I’m glad it’s feature rich but would prefer having a start screen more defined by the user - let me select what is does when I login - let me hide what I want - I do t need to turn on a tv and be blinded by apps or an art gallery when I just want it to start on a tv channel or tv app.

Color and resolution are very good for an extra tv we use in the basement. We were not looking for a great looking tv, just one to replace an older flat screen. This Samsung fit our needs. Only bummer is that the tv sound is not that great; so I connected it to our bluetooth sound bar and that helps to compensate for the tinny tv sound. Overall, very good tv for the price we paid.

The Tv is brilliant, and loaded with features, so many in fact, as a retired IBM Service Engineer, it got so cumbersome to navigate, I finally had to switch to the relative simplicity of Roku. Now I can get to the apps in a couple of steps and life is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brightness contrast really good being color blind visual good . responsiveness it's actually like a two kind of slow wish there was a better quicker response from remote to TV . no real big opinion on uniformity or upscaling . I will be honest out of all the Samsung TVs I've had and I've had many is probably my least favorite as the usability and user interface are not very functionable. There needs to be an actual settings button on the remote . I would like to see programming set up to where it goes to basic TV first then other options directed from remote .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The response on the television isn’t As good as some other TVs, I’ve been playing around with and my other homes. I am a Samsung fan to the fullest, but for some reason, I am not as happy this year with it that should be enough.

Great picture quality, especially if you bump up the colors. Impressive HDR gaming with a console or PC. The beautiful picture quality and great motion handling with fast response times make for a great gaming experience. Also great for PC use because of low input lag and responsiveness. Sound is great, you don't even need a soundbar because it's so loud and clear while volume is set less than 25%.

Well the tv overall its great the picture, sharpness but on thing i dislike is that it doesn’t have a optical port and it you connect a hdmi cable to the HDMIARC PORT the tv automatically connects even if the sound bar or audio receiver is not no . To me that’s the only down fall.
