The worst setup, wort remote and worst manual I've ever seen. Looking at the 2987-page manual online for the main HDMI port was impossiable to find. As a senior, we just want plan and simple information and remotes. This is not a simple TV for setup, changing input items or trying to find information in the manual.

Feels like we are indirectly encouraged to use the smart things app. Certain apps are faster than others. Never had that problem with LG. Paramount+ and Disney+ for example are slower to load anything from main page to the site itself vs Netflix or YouTube are nice and smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's always an issue with the volume. I do have it set for best available, only bc i have the same issue on the others too! I will be watching something and all of a sudden it gets extremely loud, even if I haven't touched the remote, and when I lower it, it sounds almost like its being muffled by something, but when I turn off the TV and unplug all of thre cords, let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and when I do that, everything is fine. This happens so sporadically, sometimes its a couple times a week, to no issues for a month or so, but other than that, I like the TV!

Even older content looks crisp and vibrant. The colors are remarkably lifelike, and the contrast—especially in dark scenes—is much better than I expected for an LED. Watching HDR content is a complete game-changer; the brightness levels are perfect. ​Design & Build: For an 85-inch TV, it is impressively slim (AirSlim design). It looks very high-end and sits flush against my wall. The bezels are almost non-existent, which really lets the screen take center stage. ​Smart Features: Samsung’s Tizen OS is fast and intuitive. All my favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube) load instantly, and the interface is very easy to navigate. I love the layout of the home menue making navigation easy . The screen brightness is easily adjusted as is the color for the best eye comfort. The settings menu being easy to navigate makes finding the contrast option a piece of cake its also very easy to find the refresh network option when setting up the tv.

The brightness is great, it definitely lights up if you want it to. The way it quickly and seamlessly connects with bluetooth devices, nearby devices, and the internet is pretty nice when streaming or playing games on the tv itself. The resolution and refresh rate make gaming and streaming services an absolutely wonderful experience to behold. Can't wait to try even better products! It makes it beyond easy to access your apps, setup your cable connection, access Alexa and so much more. I especially love the free channels from Samsung TV since the television has a built in antennae. The quality of the picture and the ease of use is one of the many reasons we keep coming back to Samsung, time and time again. You can even set the brightness to adjust to your households lighting.
