[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the picture but the sound is poor. This is our second Samsung in our home, both recently purchased. However, we had to purchase a Sono Soundbar to be able to hear the shows. The Samsung was too weak.

I've had my TV for 6 months and the recent software update has really messed up my settings . Trying to fix it has been extremely difficult. Yes, I'm 72 but it doesn't have to be this difficult. Do better Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If im being completely honest I think Samsung has some of the best TVs I love the color, the contrast, the resolution. Everything looks so clear and crisp. If I were to buy another TV it would definitely be another Samsung.

If we can't find a remote I can just use my phone to control them and even turn it off from my phone if we left. Picture is crystal clear, can adjust auto picture if needed. Set up was easy, guides you through the process. Overall great product, wish we had gotten samsung TVs sooner than we did!

I did move that other tv into the bedroom. so, all is not waste. The clarity really meets expectations. the smart features work with my Samsung phone. That made it easy to set up. The smart features respond fast and the contrast is great. I would recommend this tv.

The resolution is great and it looks like real life things I love the contrast is perfect. And when needed you can refresh the TV in a great speed does not take long to boot up.

More real estate means more information and data on the screen for work, and a HUGE play screen for PC games. All the other features just add on to the value.

My Roku Stick was working beautifully, however, one day recently I attempted to open it and it would not download on the Samsung TV. Every attempt has failed, even though all our other TV's work perfectly with Roku. Not happy with that at all!!

TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.
