I hate the remote. Ive changed the batteries on the remote, reset the remote to the tv. The up and down does not work properly, I click on the reset which is the return and the forward/pause and it takes you to the guide instead of reseting 2/3 of the time. TV is nice but the remote absolutely sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had 4 issues in 3 months of owning this tv. The IR receiver went out and couldn’t use the remote. Then the tv stopped connecting to SmartThings. TV was serviced and 3 weeks later the IR receiver stopped working again. A week after that, the screen went black and only sound was coming out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been a solid product. It has lasted a decent amount of time with good picture quality. It allows for full HDR through the Xbox Series X. The picture is usually clear and bright, with solid whites, and deep blacks at 4K with full HDR. The refresh rate leaves quite a bit to be desired for gaming, but is just fine for movies and shows.

The picture was nice, the size was great, but 2 months into owning it, the TV kept pausing shows on its own and turning on by itself. Samsung has terrible customer support and was very hard to connect with. Eventually, through forums, I tried every fix in the book (disconnect all phones or devices that may turn it on, remove batteries from remote, turn off ANYNET , and even factory reset). After trying for a month, and closing in on Sam’s 90 return policy- it woke my up in the middle of the night for the last time. 2 stars for picture, but what’s the point when you have to unplug your tv every night and keep restarting every show you’re watching?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aesthetics are nice. Brightness is great and the UI is not bad little laggy. Resolution is great, very vibrant colors with a lot of adjustment. Thin bezel and overall thickness is just a few inches. Nearly sits flush on my wall with the mount I am using. Overall 9 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the box, I was amazed at not only how large it was (75" model), but also how lightweight and easy to move it was. Once I got it into position and set up (simple process as well), I immediately noticed how VIBRANT the screen is. Every color pops, every line is crisp, and no detail is missed. I regularly use mine for gaming in my living room. I've always had issues with previous models (other brands) where I have to get closer to the tv to see smaller details; not here. The resolution and frame rate make it to where I can comfortably sit back on my couch and still see small details in shooting games. Absolutely love it, and ive definitely become a samsung household.

Had some issues setting up a Samsung soundbar to use Q-Symphony but figured out that my Onkyo Home Theater system was interfering via HDMI (even though it was not plugged into eARC). Problem resolved when I disabled functionality on the Onkyo. Wish there was a way for the software to handle multiple eARC connections.
