[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are times when I have to reboot the tv (unplug from power for 15 seconds) because youtube tv won't load at all. This does not happen on other tv's in the home, only this Samsung. Otherwise, the picture and sound is great.

I have to try and turn everything off in the middle of whatever I'm watching and lose whatever I'm watching and turn it back on to have it get out of that mode not always the best I cannot put the icon for Paramount+ on my list. I have to go to the Internet and search for it every time I wanna watch Yellowstone.

I got a Samsung plasma TV back in 2014, and ever since then, I've been hooked on their products, like their phones and smartwatches. My new 65-inch Crystal TV really shows how far display tech has come. It gives you an amazing, immersive picture that's super clear. The 4K resolution is awesome for gaming, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth. Plus, the sound on the Crystal TV is great – it fills the whole room, so I don't even need extra speakers or a soundbar. What else can I say about the 65-inch Crystal TV? Lightweight, immersive sound, and top-quality picture – I'm all in on Samsung's ecosystem!

My 65 inch has it, thought the 76 inch was and upgrade, but makes my surround sound useless with this TV. Other then that its seems to be as good as my 65 inch is. That's why I got it ( OTHER THEN THE SURROUND SOUND PLUG.) In case you missed it, a little disappointed with that.

I really like the graphics I play my PS4 on it. So it's really good for gaming, or basic gaming. I have not had any problems I've had it for 2 years now and then I just got my son one for his birthday. I really like the different features that they have on it and what you can do. It was very simple to setup for me. I also already have a samsung account so everything transferred over. I really like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give this rating because after that last update, my apps I used the most were removed, specifically Plex and Tubi, which I found out though aggravation that I could reach (only Tubi) though scrolling with available movies and shows. But which makes this issue even worse is the fact that the remote for this TV will take you to Prime or Netflix for a subscription, showing me that this one done on purpose and will be a factor in my next television purchase

I would recommend for anyone to get one they'll enjoy it very much... The brightness of the TV is awesome even but I turn it down.. All of my Samsung products are good together so when the dryer stops it shows on the TV
