[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great. Picture and sound i have no issues with. The reason for only 4 stars is because of the input selection. I cant just got thru them at a push of a button. I have to go through a series of clicks and that's annoying. But im happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own 4 TV's 1-75" & 3-50" one in main living area 2 in bedrooms & one on outdoor patio area. All are on streaming with Spectrum & work great, they were easy to setup. They have great picture and very usable features, wouldn't buy anything other than Samsung. Will be replacing one more in my office with an updated one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my husband love our our Crystal UHD Samsung TV product we watched movies cuz there are so many diverse apps to pick from and choose from it's easy user friendly software makes it very simple for us to log on and connect with Wi-Fi and we can play the games that come with the TV standard there's so many different games to play we love watching documentaries and forging fire they're just so much user friendly about this product and the clarity is amazing there's no contest on any other TVs we've had in the past we've had LG we've had Panasonic we've had all kinds of televisions in the past and none of them even compares to the clarity and almost three dimensional look that are Samsung television has no contest hands down absolutely the best product we recommend it to everybody!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We placed this TV in our bedroom and are very satisfied with the picture and sound quality. We have just 2 disappointments with this TV. #1 You cannot do voice commands into this remote. This would be helpful in a dark bedroom. This was our fault as we didn't check it out prior to purchasing. #2 When attempting to set the sleep timer, more often than not, it results in switching the position of the sleep timer icon rather than increasing the length of time desired for the TV to shut off. A Samsung rep said that you have to quickly depress the center button in order to increase the time for shut off ( ex: 30, 60 120 minutes). If you depress it any longer than a very quick press, it goes into "movement of icon" mode. This has been problematic and aggravating. If it weren't for this, I'd give it 5 stars.

A few of my customers claimed that they was going to buy one for their home. I also do some streaming apps if I can not find the game on my satellite provider.

Once I turned it on smarthings did the rest. The sound and picture is crystal clear. For the price of this TV it is a win and trust me you deserve a win.

Love Samsungs and all the streaming channels available straight out of the box. Perfect picture and sound as well. Absolutely no complaints (after I got the hang of the remote, that is) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

To be honest I was so excited when buying this tv it worked fantastic until it didn't anymore… the entire screen went black just stopped working for no reason. Got it fixed by Samsung and now it's like I've had the tv for ten years it's very slow not like how it was when I first got the tv. It doesn't respond right away to my Bluetooth speaker anymore, it also no longer responds when I turn my console on, I used to be able to turn on my ps5 while the tv is off and the tv would turn on and open the ps5 right away on the screen and it no longer does that. Just all in all I'm highly disappointed and kinda wish I never got a new tv to begin with 🤷🏻‍♀️
