Opened sealed Flour to find tiny bugs crawling around everywhere!!! 12lbs of flour—Bugs are in heaven!!! I always seal my baking products immediately after delivery. Today is 10/18/24. Expire date is 11/2025. Trying to attach video & pictures.

Really big heavy bag!! Problem is it is short dated received today with expiration date of 11-12-21, looks like more baking than I had planned. The 3 stars are because of the short date.

This flour gave me and my house tiny little beetle-looking bugs! They have been around for weeks and if you don’t want roommates you should buy another brand.

I would love to be able to leave a review, but product arrived opened and spilled out into box -which Fed Ex had to notice, as products in shipment were all leaking out of the box. Huge white clouds of flour mixed with powdered milk, oxyclean and yeast emitted from box when I lifted it. A few pieces of packing tape wrapped around the plastic bags, and using a properly sized box would probably have prevented this. Now I have huge piles of white powder everywhere, and the cleanup completely stopped up a new Shark vacuum cleaner. Really disappointing.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this. As other people have posted, the bag of flour was open when it arrived. I called and received a refund. (For some reason the website said the refund could not be processed online.) At least the customer service representative was helpful and friendly, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

This review is not to lower the rating for Sam's overall but rather a guiding factor for those of you ordering flour and having it shipped. I do not recommend the shipment of this product. If they are not going to put the flour in a baggie prior to shipment then you run the risk of a 12 pound bag flowing into a box with other merchandise. It was a complete fiasco and from this point on I will go to my local Sam's to purchase the flour.

When I opened my package with laundry detergent and flour, the flour bag was completely broken opened and spilled flour all over my front porch, kitchen & in the box. Spending all this money on a large bag of flour for it to be spilled everywhere is ridiculous. If whoever packages these items would just use the proper things ( bubble wrap??)or not fill the box too full, maybe my items wouldn’t be ruined.

My wife has been buying this all purpose flour for years. She has used it for pancakes, tortillas, deserts of many kind. She uses the same brand in bread flour for pizzas and you guessed it, breads; which we highly recommend as well. The 12 lb bag are great for easy storage and for those times you may not use it more than other times of the year to keep it fresh.
