Good flour and reasonably priced and a good size. Although member marks is more reasonably priced, it 25 lb is too large for my use.

This is a perfect size for those who bake a lot. Not too big that storage is a problem, but still enough for those who enjoy baking and don't want to run to the store every other week.

I do a lot of baking. Gold Medal is my favorite go to flour. Everything always turns out delicious. When I need to do something for a pick me up, I bake. That's my ZEN thing to do. My mother used Gold Medal a lot and I guess I'm following in her footsteps. It is one of the best flours being produced for all of us to use.

Definitely put in the freezer for 48 hours after buying! We buy this flour almost monthly (I bake and cook from scratch a lot) and 1 bag that we got had the flour bugs in it. BUT I’ve bought probably over 30 bags and will now use the freezer method every time, Or check before leaving the store!

Sure good that the flour was contained in a plastic bag. The paper bag was broken open and flour was spilled into the plastic bag. Sams is wise to put these kinds of product in a plastic bag.

My experience is that I probably got an older big bag, but went to use , and I see bugs around the edge of opening. 12 lbs wasted. I was finishing using a bag from Kroger's. Went to new bag. Sorry, this is one of the 10 items I will not buy from Sam's. I'm 71 and never dealt with whatever these critters are. I feed 8 adults, 2 babies. I spend lots and lots of money on food, as everyone is doing. Don't make me double work and loose money. No picture, it's in the trash. Food supply chain still weak after COVID.? Hire some more people so that your products and your customers survive.

I bought this and it must have had flour bugs in it. They ended up in my pantry and I had to throw away food. Thankfully I caught it before there was an infestation but still gross. I have now learned to put things like flour in the freezer when bringing home to prevent this from happening.
