So more affordable to make your own , like old school wats, bread, cskes, muffins, biscuits. A must have staple in life

Always in need of some flour for my baking needs. This fit the bill and was on sale.

Bag exploded covering all contents of the box, which is becoming the norm for shipping from Sam's. The item was replaced, as was the rest of the contents. But I really would like for someone to recognize how problematic the poor packaging really is.

Item needed to be shipped 3 times. Each time the item was shipped, there was no packing material to prevent the bag from rupturing. Not only were the bags in the first two shipments damaged, but we needed to clean the flour that leaked from the boxes. Although no packing material was in the third delivery, the bag surprisingly arrived undamaged. Customer service told me instructions in the second and third shipments indicated appropriate packing material was necessary, but those instructions were not followed. Incidents like these result in poor productivity and ultimately cost customers money. Photos were previously sent to customer service.

The entire bag had exploded inside the delivery box covering all items. I cleaned them off but was unable to save the flour. Complete waste. I find that this type of thing occurs frequently with Sams Club shipping service. I’ve had Monster drinks that were crushed soaking everything and Vienna sausages also crushed and half were lost. I love that the service is available but I wish they took more care with either packaging, loading, unloading and delivering. Frustrating.

When Gold Medal says this is All Purpose flour, they weren't kidding -- it really IS all purpose! I have used this magic white stuff to make cakes, cookies, muffins and bread, not to mention a dredge for fried chicken, pork tenderloins for sandwiches and fish fillets (which I also bought at Sam's Club) It's even good for making pancakes and waffles from scratch for Sunday morning breakfast with the grandkids. Awesome stuff; I only regret I can't give this flour six stars!!!!
