The product itself is always good. My one star, no stars if I could, is because it was packed in just a thin plastic bag then thrown in a box. In shipping the box was obviously damaged. The flour bag is torn apart in two spots and emptied out all over the box and my other items. Waste of my money! I tried to attach photos of the mess here but it would not let me for some reason.

I ordered four bags of this flour, all four bags were split open and spilled inside of the box. I will also add that the packaging process with these are never consistent sometimes they show up inside plastic bags in case any spills , sometimes in a vacuumed sealed bag, and then sometimes they just throw in a box. I would suggest putting them in a plastic bag every time or figuring out a different way to ship them so that this doesn’t happen again.

3 attemps, 1st "mixed products with flour".... "unable to deliver". Reorder....received with box ripped into, flour and 2 other soft packaging items. destroyed. 3rd attempt, flour only....burst open and everywhere. If distribution can't secure the item, quit shipping. And FEDEX, cannot acquit you!

The very best all purpose at a reasonable price, I've been using for years making Biscuits.
