I first brought this several months ago.  I use it to bake cakes at the church.  It is great.

Love the product but shipping this item from Sam’s is HORRIBLE!

Flour bags were broken and flour was everywhere.

Flour every where.

I bought this for long term storage and when it came to me it was wrapped in heavy duty plastic which will help keep critters out. Much appreciated!

Great product, but Sam's should sell he unbleached version if it cares about the health of its members. Other than that would, I would rate 4 stars.

Needs to Be The Unbleached Version

Item needed to be shipped 3 times. Each time the item was shipped, there was no packing material to prevent the bag from rupturing. Not only were the bags in the first two shipments damaged, but we needed to clean the flour that leaked from the boxes. Although no packing material was in the third delivery, the bag surprisingly arrived undamaged. Customer service told me instructions in the second and third shipments indicated appropriate packing material was necessary, but those instructions were not followed. Incidents like these result in poor productivity and ultimately cost customers money. Photos were previously sent to customer service.

Poor Packing

I would give this flour a gold medal if I had one sitting around and I was just looking to give it away.  My recipe called for flour.  This product fit the bill.

Don't settle for the silver or bronze.
