They aren’t very filling but make for a good snack. I enjoy eating them crushed up with some milk

They’re obviously tasty but not the best option if you’re trying to reduce your carb intake.

Great but very crumbly. Sweet but good and a bit salty. Cheap and easy. Oats and honey.

Thus is a healthy not expensive snack great for kids school snakes they taste delicious

They are very crunchy bars, they are very tasty, I recommend them, their price is very accessible
