This literally one of the best healthier type snack every though when you open it a whole army of crumbs come out the package

Although we don't buy granola bars very often, nature's valley are probably our favorite brand. They are inexpensive and make great on-the-go snacks.

I use these bars as crumbled up frontal on top of parfaits and plain yougurt and other things to give it more texture and flavor! Really good
