They are good but it's not a go to. Too sweet and also a little too hard for me. Flavoring isn't too bad - quick and easy snack

These are such a good snack if you're in a rush and need a quick breakfast or if you're on the go. Probably my go to snack.

I like this particular bar, the problem is there is no consistent quality, it changes between box to box.

Nature's Valley Oats and honey is my favorite love the flavor they are very good I love eating them any time of the day.
