I used to leave this in my car for when I needed a quick snack. It's sticks in your teeth and makes a crumbly mess. Also not the most healthiest option.

I absolutely love these. These are great on their own or if you want to add some crunch to your snack or meal. I crumble it up and add it to my yogurt in the morning. Yum!

in LOVE with these granola bars for real. when i was still attending classes in person i used to grab one of these bad boys for an in-between lecture snack and they kept me full for hours :-)

I eat these when I'm in a rush or want a simple snack, it's great for breakfast when I'm you don't know what to eat. It has a dry taste but sweet to it as well
