These are very dry and crumble so much but they really are one of the OGs of snacks. These Nature Valley Granola Bars are able to fill you up if you’re reaching for a snack to hold you down for a bit.

Who doesn’t like Nature Valley oats and honey!? Just make sure you watch those crumbs because they get fall over the place. I love topping it with peanut butter and bananas. Omg so good!

These are the OG of granola bars. I think they have a lot of sugar and calories for a snack. They are considered an energy bar not a low calorie food. So, you could gain weight with these if you’re not careful.

No sure why they changed. I miss the old bars. And they are incredibly HARD. I’d take messy over these hard bricks to eat. I literally throw them away when they are this hard and bland taste. Makes me sad.

Personally I'm not a fan of these, they are bland, dry and overall just not a very good snack. These are the type of food that would sit in the back of the pantry and never get eaten.
