recipe change made these taste disgusting. i have eaten these for breakfast every day for many years and will no longer buy them. also, it appears they shrunk the product but not the individual package. whats next, you going to put 1 less in each box and see if anyone notices?

I loved the chewy version of this bar - it was down right addictive. I keep going back to check it the crunchy bar will satisfy that craving but it doesn't come close. I know several people who loved the chewy version and would love it you bring it back

Until recently, these were our favorite snack that was always in our cupboard. Unfortunately, I read the label and found a significant change: "contains a bioengineered ingredient." What a disappointment to find out that this once healthful snack is a GMO product. I won't be buying these anymore until it's changed to certified Non-GMO. I would gladly pay more.

It’s a little “hold me over” with great taste. Crispy little snack my whole family loves, even my picky eater! We sometimes break them up into pieces and top our yogurt with them too.

I have eaten the Nature Valley Oats and Honey granola bars since 1982. I do not know what they have done, but they have ruined what used to be my favorite on the go breakfast or snack bar. Not only is the taste completely different, the texture is different. They basically turn to dust when you take a bite. The taste used to be really yummy and now it is like eating some sort of fake flavoring. I kept buying them thinking maybe I just got a few bad boxes, but, I now realize they have changed and never will be the same as the wonderful yummy bars I enjoyed for years. I am officially parting ways with Nature Valley Granola bars. Thanks for the memories. Sorry you went cheap and abandoned your principles. Good luck with that!

Bioengineered food ingredients? What a shame. Literally the only snack I could handle with my digestion issues, but I just won’t do GMO. I will not be purchasing these anymore unless they miraculously get their stuff together and get Non-GMO certified. Such a disappointment.

I have been buying these for years and they are now very different. It reminds me of ground up granola and pressed together. I thought that maybe one or two packages were affected, but all are the same. It looks completely different from the picture on the box

I’ve always bought these bars and had them as a staple in my home since my childhood and I am so disappointed that they’ve changed the taste and texture and also the packaging is tougher to open. I just don’t understand why they would change recipe to what was America’s favorite granola bar. No longer crunchy sweetness, now they just taste stale as if they’ve gone bad. At first I thought we bought a bad batch and even made sure it wasn’t because they were expired … then after a few purchases we realized it’s definitely changed for the worst. My family will no longer buy any more Nature Valley granola bars.
