Why did you add nonfat milk to the ingredients? I have a lot of severe food allergies and it makes it very difficult to find baked good mixes I can have. These sugar cookies were one of my favorites and I was going to grab some the other day and checked the ingredients because of the new design to see the recipe changed! Packaging says new design, same great taste and nothing about new recipe! No longer non diary and vegan friendly. I am honestly very upset about this, bring back the old recipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the quick and easy Betty Crocker cookie mix as the base for mint cookies. I just a small amount of crushed peppermints and inserted a Hersheys white chocolate mint into the cookie when it finished baking. These were a hit with my neighbors and no one knew that I had taken a shortcut!

I love this cookie mix! I’ve done several different recipes with this mix. I recently made a white chocolate, macadamia, pecan blondie and it was to die for! I made the cookie in a cake pan so it would be more like a bar cookie/ brownie. It turned out wonderful! I cut them in squares about the size of a brownie, heated it in the microwave, then topped it with a maple cream cheese sauce and vanilla ice cream. That’s what I like about this mix, you can create amazing things with a strong base foundation and that’s what these cookies are. Amazing!

I have used this mix before and it worked out fine. This time, per the instructions, I added the 3Tbsp of flour to the mixture for making cut out cookies. The dough was TOO dry, impossible to roll out, crumbled....... I ended up being able to roll out enough for 6 tiny cookies and threw the rest out. Definitely should not have added 3 Tbsps flour....

Not sure why others are having a problem with this mix. I literally just stir in an egg and a stick of softened butter and get a perfectly smooth and silky dough. Leave it for half an hour in the fridge before shaping. Crisp shell and soft, buttery interior. The best sugar cookies I’ve ever had.

I love these cookies! They were so easy to make and so delicious! I have repurchased these as they are great for parties and get togethers. I think these are great because they are so customizable, you can add any sprinkles or toppings you like! I love these! 

These Betty Crocker products are so simple and easy anyone can use them and require very little ingredients! The taste is amazing for requiring 2 ingredients (one being water). I buy Betty Crocker cookie mix regularly. My kids love that they get to make them and I don’t mind because there isn’t anything for them to mess up and i don’t have to help very much giving them the independence they want!

Love this mix!  Super easy and so yummy!  I use it for Christmas cutouts each year and it has become our Christmas Eve family tradition to make them.  I do use butter when I make them and then watch them to be sure the edges don't burn.  Perfect every time!

Here is my tip, use real butter ( not margarine) & do not over cook, you’ll think they are not done but they will be the softest cookies ever. Top it off with a jar of Betty Crockers vanilla frosting, you may want to double up because they will eat them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Betty Crocker but I prefer her chocolate chip cookie mix over the sugar cookies. They were still good but I’m used to my Mom’s homemade sugar cookies and these paled in comparison. I want to try her Snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookie mix though. These mixes are great for throwing something together quickly that still tastes good. Just not a huge fan of the sugar cookies.
