Loving this induction range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my first induction range in my previous house so much I had to get a new one for my new house. I was told that I would love the gas range that came with the house, but it didn’t even compare to the LG range I left behind. I’m so happy I replaced the gas range for my beautiful new LG range.
Very happy I bought this range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My condo association only allows electric appliances. Had an all electric range before replacing it with this induction range. Wasn’t sure I’d be happy, but I love it! The cook top truly is the next best thing to a gas range. Turn down the knob and the heat lowers really fast. So easy to control. The oven heats quickly and holds the temperature well. It’s a win.
Stef! Our LG Induction ranges are truly a game changer in the kitchen, and it sounds like you’ve found your perfect match! 🎉 The quick heat adjustments and consistent oven performance really do make cooking a breeze. We just want to let you know we are always here @LGUSSupport in case of any questions ~Kimmy .
Happy review
For two weeks, morning till night we have been using this model for holiday baking and meals. The cook top is simple to use and very easy to clean. The super boost function makes quick work of boiling water for pasta, even at 6,000 feet above sea level. The air sous vide produced moist, tender chicken. The oven baked tray after tray of perfect cookies without rotating the trays. What we would like to see changed: the controls turn on accidentally if we brush against them. Thanks for designing a wonderful appliance!

It’s great to hear how well the range has supported your holiday cooking marathon—from fast boiling at high altitude to perfectly baked cookies and tender air‑sous‑vide chicken. The easy‑to‑clean cooktop and intuitive performance are exactly what this model is designed to deliver. Your feedback about the controls activating too easily is truly appreciated. So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the range for about a month. Very happy with the induction cooktop. It cleans up easily. Temperature change is nearly immediate. Definitely prefer knobs over a touchpad for the cooktop. However, did have one instance where one of the cooktop knobs was unintentionally turned on by brushing against it. Was able to keep a few gallons of water at a low simmer for an hour with little adjustment. Baking thus far has worked well. Used an electronic thermometer to check oven temperature, and it seems to regulate properly. Checked the air sous vide mode with a thermometer also. Set it to 135. It held within a few degrees for over an hour, and was about 5 degrees high after 90 minutes. So, that function seems to hold within a small temperature window.

Good, But Not Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this range through a promotion from a major retailer. After having used it for about 8 months, we're pleased for the most part. Some observations: The lack of a lower element in the oven makes it very difficult to avoid overbaking food. On the regular "Bake" mode it still cook sas if it is convecting. I can only assume that the convetion fan runs during regualr baking with the lack of a lower element, and as a result, it overcooks/browns food. A bit of a nuisance, but since we've identified the issue we can work around it. It's difficult to see the legend for the burner lcoation on the front panel. With overhead lighting fro a hood, if you're not looking straight on at the panel, it's difficult to see the black dot that indicates which burner the knob controls. Love the induction cooktop, it's amazingly fast!
Hello, Terd. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG range. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback after using it for several months. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the speed and performance of the induction cooktop — it really is impressively fast. We also appreciate you pointing out your experience with the LG oven’s baking performance and the visibility of the burner indicators. Insights like yours help us understand how the product performs in real‑world use, and we’re glad you’ve found workable solutions in the meantime. Malfunctions after 8 weeks
Installed in August 2024 and 8 weeks later, the paint on the knobs is coming off. To set oven temperature, I need to turn it on then off then on before I can select a temperature. The selection just doesn't come up unless I do that. The oven temperature is 25 degrees higher. I had to buy a thermometer to reach accuracy. Coming from a Wolf gas range, the quality is worth the price of getting a Wolf. I really hate this oven and am sorry I bought it.
Hey there! The range is the heart of your kitchen, and we know how important it is to have a properly working range to ensure delicious food for your family. We would like to note that store-bought thermometers are not really recommended for measuring oven temperatures accurately. Recipe times and temperatures may differ because of the cooking profiles on your new LG range, but you can adjust that and raise or lower your oven thermostat by 0 to 35 degrees. Here's a quick link that can walk you through that and provide some troubleshooting steps: http://spr.ly/6424U4C7n. Induction is awesome. Better than gas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a gas cooktop for the last 6 years. We recently moved to an all electric home. I decided to replace the existing range with an induction range. Since we have such a positive experience with our other LG appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer), I wanted an LG range. Cooking with induction IS better than gas! The LG range has so many features that making cooking so much easier. The simmer function is amazing, food simmers without sticking or burning. Pot handles don't get hot. And best of all, cleanup is fast.
Hello. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG induction range. We’re delighted to hear how smoothly the transition from gas to induction has been for you and that this model is making cooking easier and more enjoyable. It’s wonderful to know the simmer function, cool‑touch handles, and quick cleanup are all adding to a great experience—especially since you’ve already had such positive results with your other LG appliances. Awesome Induction cooktop, but no Bottom Bake heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this range from a local appliance store, but we are returning it because the oven doesn't fit our needs. The induction cooktop really is amazing, and this was the reason we bought it. The physical knob controls work really nicely, and the cooktop controls very precisely. The biggest downside is the oven. If you are an avid baker you probably want to steer clear of any LG probabake ranges, as they have NO BOTTOM BAKE ELEMENT. There is only the top broiler element and the convection fan at the back. This has made anything we baked work differently, where you can't follow recipes because things won't turn out correctly. The worst for us was pizza (frozen and homemade). It just can't seem to bake the crust so it's crispy, which was very disappointing to us. For somebody who is looking for a great induction cooktop, and who might only use the oven for things like baked potatoes, casseroles, meat, etc. this range probably would work great for you. If you bake things like homemade pizza, breads, pastries, etc. you might have a difficult time with this. I think the worst part was it wasn't very clear in the advertising that the bottom bake element was removed. Most ranges in this price have a hidden bottom bake element, in addition to the convection element, but I think LG Probake is the only one with it removed.
Hey there! Our goal is always for you to have the best experience with your LG range so that you can bake the best food, like pizza, for everyone in your home, and we'll be more than happy to help make this happen. This range's design features the heating element located at the back of the oven rather than the bottom. This configuration allows for more efficient heat distribution and cooking performance. On page 43 of the owner's manual (https://tinyurl.com/2cdjyope), it also offers tips to adjust the oven racks to different positions for different foods that you're baking. So we can make sure that you're fully taken care of, please send us a private message on social media at @LGUSSupport with your contact details and model number, and we'll be ready to help! *Josh
Excellent Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an electric range, and we are thrilled with the new induction range. The burners heat up really fast, and we love that they maintain a steady heat level. The oven ran a bit hot, but since it has a calibration feature, we easily adjusted it. We really enjoy cooking with this range!

simply amazed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been dreaming of a high end gas stove for the control and instant heating. Sadly I don't have gas running to my house. Thought I would give induction a try. I am simply amazed with the speed and accuracy of this induction range! I filled my old tea pot with cold water out of the tap then used boost on the big burner water was at a rolling boil in 2.5 minutes! Induction is absolutely amazing! It blows me away it's like the day I used a microwave for the first time! I was excited to try the air sous vide mode on the stove so I bought a couple of ribeyes seasoned them well threw some cold butter on them and sealed them in my vacuum sealer. Set the oven to sous vide 130f and threw the steaks directly on the grate and pushed start for three hours. After completing the three hours I seared them in a pan on induction in two minutes start to finish. Steaks were perfect. I am completely sold on induction! This is one of the best purchases the wife and I have ever made!
Hello, Carlnix! We’re thrilled to hear how much your LG induction range has impressed you. The speed, precision, and that incredible boost‑to‑boil moment really show what induction can do, and your air sous vide ribeye adventure sounds like a total win. It’s great knowing this upgrade has become one of your favorite purchases for you and your wife. For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com.
