I don't understand the negative reviews. It says firm. I replaced my OLD mattress after waking up and feeling stiff and exhausted. Did a quick search of Sams mattresses and came up with this gem. Two nights in and it's the best nights sleep I've had in years. First morning I felt rested and not sore. Second morning felt like a new man. Maybe it's because I'm a larger person 290lb but dang this is an excellent mattress for $325.

Brought the mattress 3 weeks ago. Enjoy sleeping with pain or tossing and turning!!

Firm support, not plush as described. Will be keeping the mattress set though.

Top of mattress got unhinged in only 3 weeks causing bunching up of top part of mattress. Horrible. Caused numbing in our arms.

It's better than a foam mattress, but not quite worth the money Sam's Club is asking. This doesn't seem up to Serta standards.

It doesn't come across as plush, it's moreso firm in my opinion. Turned out to be perfect and very comfortable for my wife and I. I highly recommend to purchase right now while its on sale, that way it becomes a no lose situation...$299

I often blamed it on the pillows that I was using and have tried just about every pillow on the market. I was on the search for my newest pillow when I changed my mattress out for the Ashbrook Eurotop plush mattress. The first night being in a new bed was strange but from the second night on I have slept like a dream. I haven't had a bit of back or neck pain after waking up in the morning and the amount of time it takes me to fall asleep is a matter of minutes not a matter of hours like previously. If you have problems with sleep like I did and are blaming it on your pillow I would suggest trying this mattress before you waste anymore money or time trying other things. I can't recommend this mattress more. Give it a try your whole body will thank you.

When I think of Serta I always thought of a good quality soft mattress. This mattress is/was harder than a brick!!! I was extremely disappointed. I asked my boyfriend what he thought prior to providing him with my opinion and he couldn't believe that it was a Serta mattress. I know from is better for your back but this mattress goes beyond firm. It reminds me of sleeping on would floors. I'm do for a new mattress and after this experience I'm terrified of choosing this top of mattress. It was so hard I had to make sure I had the plush side up.
