Not happy!

My son bought this mattress less than a year ago and it started to dip where he sleeps in just a few months! What is Sam's Club satisfaction warranty and what recourse does he have? He weighs less than 160 lbs. by the way.

Not worth the money.

I bought this mattress only getting to poke it and guess how it feels at the store. It's not as soft as I like and it was dipping by day 5. Total waste of my money.

Not what I wanted

I want a different mattress. I am not happy with this. This mattress leaves the impression of my body and rippling effect on the mattress when I arise each day. It was purchased August 4, 2022. I am so disappointed in Serta.

Dip after 1 year

Mattress started getting dip after one year less than 2 years old now and has big dip. I weigh about 210 but that is no excuse. Not equality mattress.

Terrible quality

I purchased this mattress on 2/23/22 and by July/2022 there was a noticeable dip in the center of the mattress. My husband and I have to sleep closest to the edge so not to get stuck in the indent. Our hips hurt and have had restless sleeps since.
