Used the mattress in a horizontal wallbed. It is very comfortable. The manual said maximun 11”, but this 12” mattress worked just fine.

I want a different mattress. I am not happy with this. This mattress leaves the impression of my body and rippling effect on the mattress when I arise each day. It was purchased August 4, 2022. I am so disappointed in Serta.

Waited 2 months then took 20 DAYS to get it shipped last 20 miles. Serta was no help at all - I have bought my last 3 mattress sets here , all Serta. Never again - I will never buy another Serta product.

I purchased this mattress on 2/23/22 and by July/2022 there was a noticeable dip in the center of the mattress. My husband and I have to sleep closest to the edge so not to get stuck in the indent. Our hips hurt and have had restless sleeps since.
