These file cabinets showed up on time and in excellent condition. Exactly what I was expecting.

Liked the 1st one so well we purchased a 2nd. The quality is comparable to a high end commercial file cabinet and the price beat all of the big box office supply stores.

Great quality filing cabinet, bought 3 which arrived at my front door in excellent condition. Cabinets are not cheaply made, heavy duty construction with easy slide ball bearing drawers (not cheap roller slides).

Just what we were looking for and a great price. Delivery was prompt and hassle free.

These Hirsh Cabinets are ~ 30% less $ than the Big names in office furniture. They are of similar construction to a low to mid-grade HON. Do not get me wrong, a top of the line cabinet costing triple the $ is better, but I have hundreds of these. I have them loaded full in my 5 person office. They are out in my rental offices. ZERO complaints in a decade.

I checked out several other options before buying this cabinet. The first one I received was damaged so I had to return, Another one was shipped to me and received in perfect condition. I especially like this small cabinet for home use because the drawer comes all the way out and you can use all the space and the size fit my space just right. It is better quality than others that I saw and for less money. I defiantly would recommend, and the online service I received was very good. Will certainly use the online service with Sam's again.

I chose this specific file cabinet on-line because of the 25" depth and locking ability. The first shipment arrived damaged - the upper left side frame was bent and pushed in where it was difficult to open/close the upper drawer. The bottom drawer "button" was loose and jiggely. The outside shipping carton was NOT damaged so I'm guessing it was poor quality control at the Hirsh factory - they apparently boxed up a damaged cabinet. But Sam's Club was wonderful in getting an exchange. They sent me Fed Ex arrangements for pick up and re-delivery and all was taken care of. The replacement shipment arrived in perfect condition and is a great, basic file cabinet with (2) deeper than normal drawers.

The product came very well wrapped and protected. After unpacking I inspected and found the file cabinets in excellent condition

Well made at a very reasonable price. Drawers move effortlessly. Was well packaged and protected for delivery.

After ordering 3 other files from other vendors that arrived damaged/dented I received this one properly packaged. Quality better also but I had to pay a few $ more which was well worth it. When ordering on-line it pays to go with a quality company!
