The firmness is just right, and the mattress provides support where my body needs it most. My spouse and I can barely feel each other's movements on this mattress. It cradles my hips and shoulders perfectly, alleviating pressure points for a pain-free morning. The mattress arrived in a well packed box, well-compressed, and easy to carry. This matress was delivered very quickly. Once pulled out of the box it quickly took shape. It's very comfortable. The cover zips off for easy washing. Under the cover there is another layer protecting the matress, so no worries about the foam inside when cleaning the cover.

Mattress is great! Came vacuum sealed in a big box, is VERY HEAVY, 2 man job for sure. We were able to get it grilled and vacuum seal off and it “inflated” very quickly. Firm mattress compared to our current one but very soft at the same time. Fits perfect in top of ten box springs.

Haven't left a review in years! But felt the need to share my 2 Stars for this mattress. Medium firm yet it sunks horribly, even for my kids.. the mattress feels horrible! Tried it for a week %26 we've woken up with back pain everyday. My mom %26 sisters even tried it %26 said it's horrible. Also you can feel the ugly print even w/thick comforter..

Although they don't have mattresses on display in the store, and you run the risk of not liking them and returning them, this mattress won't be one of those cases. Super comfortable and cool, I'd consider it slightly above medium firmness, but the gel sensation makes it suitable for almost any weight, even if one partner weighs 40 lbs more than the other... BUY IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

This is the first time I’ve slept on a bed that come in a box so I was a little skeptical when it arrived and it was so compact. I let it expand for 4 days before I slept on it for the first time. It’s a deep 13” gel cooling gel mattress that is more comfortable than my previous mattress that cost more than double in price. We like a mattress that is medium firmness. My partner is always hot when he sleeps and this has really helped keep him cool.

It’s been 5 days since I received my Mattress in King-size, and I’m happy overall. The mattress arrived in a large box, vacuum-sealed and delivered by FedEx. The box is pretty heavy, so you’ll need two people to unpack it. Once unrolled, it takes around 15 minutes for the mattress to fully expand to its 13-inch thickness. I went with the firm option, and at first, it felt pretty hard when I lay down. However, after a few moments, the mattress started to adjust to my body. It’s nice how it adapts, but I still continue to feel the firmness. If you’re not used to a firm mattress, it might take a few nights to get used to it, and you may not sleep well at first. But doctors suggest firm mattresses are great for people with back issues, so if that’s your case, it could really help. If you don’t have back problems, I’d recommend choosing the medium option. It offers a good balance—not too firm, not too soft. All in all, the mattress feels well-made, and for the price, it’s a solid deal. Just make sure you’re sure about the firmness level because returning it would be difficult due to its size and weight.

Very Comfortable Mattress. Easy to setup once the box is open and cover is removed it set itself in few minutes. It is very soft, and the cover is very helpful to wash later. Soft mattress with great comfort. The Gel Memory is very great and comfortable.
