My husband and I are pleased with the Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection Chill 13-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress. It’s comfortable, supportive, and molds to my body without feeling too soft or too firm leading to fewer restless nights. The cooling feature is appreciated - it keeps me from getting too hot. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade, and I’d definitely recommend.

When the mattress arrived in a box I was very skeptical. It was incredibly heavy and hard to maneuver into the bedroom. Once unboxed and cut out of the plastic it expanded quickly. Coming from a sleep number mattress, I am surprised how much we like the mattress. It is so thick and comfy! Completely recommend!

I was unsure if I was going to like this mattress due to it was firm. I always bought fluffy pillow top mattresses. I truly fell in love with this mattresses and gave my old mattresses away. The coolness makes my nights so much better beings that I am a hot sleeper and even with a mattresses protector I still fell cooler. I fell supported and I haven't woke up with back pain at all. I wake up rested and on the weekends I dont want to get out of bed. This is definitely a mattresses worth purchasing.

This mattress from Sam’s Club has quality and it’s functionality is great, and I appreciated how easy the purchase and delivery process was and the best part is came ready out of the box. The mattress was as advertised but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I still recommend checking it out, as it’s definitely a solid product, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. I’m sure it works wonderfully for others, just not for me personally.

Overall, the mattress is pretty comfortable. It took a little time to get used to, as all new mattresses do. I can’t really comment on the cooling portion of the memory foam, since it’s the winter and I keep my house pretty cool at night. Looking forward to seeing how that feels in the summer!

My daughter’s bed had been handed down more than a few times, so she needed a new bed! Came across this Member’s Mark mattress and had to give it a shot, it was packaged super tightly… it’s a multi person lift for sure! I can’t even guess how much this weighed vac sealed! We got it up in place and tore off the clear sealed package and watched it rise… it’s like magic! It’s slowly breaking in and becoming softer, but it’s pretty firm out the box! When laying on it, it conforms to your body so well that you will leave divots in it when you get up, they do expand and go away though! The mattress shell is super high end and smooth, and the added handles are robust and make moving this thing a lot easier! Over all this mattress is a home run on Member’s Marks part, and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a medium/firm - firm mattress! Gel memory foam, and a great material shell make this very high end!

This mattress is very firm but it does mold too your body. It is very good quality making it super comfortable to sleep on. It was very well packaged. We let it sit out for about 24 hrs before using it and it was completely good to use. It inflated evenly.

Great mattress love that it doesn’t form fit to your body. It doesn’t feel like gel when you are laying on the bed and the mattress top comes off for easy cleaning. The queen size is just perfect for my husband and I. I would highly recommend this mattress.

This was my first time setting up and using a King size bed. I let it extend 2+days and it has been comfortable so far. It is a bit taller than my old Queen one (10 inch) but no issues. Just a heads up for people of shorter stature. Memory foam has been helpful as well. This has a Chill function to it which I have felt being a bit cool, but not much yet due to still being winter (should be able to feel it in the upcoming months).
