Really like the thickness and firmness of the mattress. Love the removable cover for cleaning in the washing machine. Cooling works fairly well. Normal fitted sheets work well with this mattress. It was packaged well and filled back up to full thickness innless than 24 hours after unwrapping.

I have had memory foam, purple, and pillow top beds. I thoight this bed would have been softer given the thickness. When we started using it the bed was very firm. We had to put a mattress topper on it to make it softer and now its pretty perfect. No too firm not too soft.

You have to give this mattress a try! This is not too firm and not too soft, this is the most comfortable mattress that you won’t want to get out of the bed. I usually have back issues but this mattress my back has not hurt at all! Unbelievable! Love love love and highly recommend! Great mattress at a great price!

Comfy, but after sleeping on this mattress I am having back pains. Also the sheets do not stay on very well! On a positive note the gel top is very cooling, but barely noticeable through the sheets.

Love the extras of this mattress. The mattress has a luxurious cover texture. It feels almost cooling. There are built in handles on the corners of the mattress to help with moving without trying to grip the edge of the bed itself.

I was very skeptical I said I would never get a foam bed because of the heat. I wouldn't say this bed is cooling but it's definitely not hot. I am a side sleeper and a very hot person. this is the cheapest bed that I have ever bought the one that I replaced it for was a $3,000 bed and this one is so much more comfortable. I'm older now and I need the support but the give in a bed so I don't wake up with a broken body.

I love how thick and comfy this mattress is. I always run hot while sleeping and I have a bed jet, in order to give this a chance to prove its “cooling” feature I didn’t use my bed jet one night and really didn’t notice cooling a lot. Overall, it’s a pretty good mattress.

Mattress is great! Came vacuum sealed in a big box, is VERY HEAVY, 2 man job for sure. We were able to get it grilled and vacuum seal off and it “inflated” very quickly. Firm mattress compared to our current one but very soft at the same time. Fits perfect in top of ten box springs.

I would have loved to give this 4.5 stars because my small gripes with the product are so easily fixed. Starting out with the positives: - This mattress feels top quality and that it will hold up for a long time - The mattress itself does a great job at dissipating heat, so it's awesome for people who like to stay cool - Didn't have the funky memory foam smell I expected! - Popped into shape quickly (less than a day) - When they said firm, they meant it. My body didn't create any forms in the memory foam. - Arrived way more compact than I expected, which was a bonus for moving the mattress through some narrow hallways. My two small negatives - The box it was delivered had punch out handles which would have been a huge positive, but they were not strong enough to move the box with, defeating the point, ripping the box, and making it a for sure two person job. - I understand that firm means firm, but I expect a small amount of give to a memory foam so it kind of locks you in place as you sleep. I think this mattress paired with a pillow topper will be next level.

This mattress is incredible! Not too hard and not too soft, it really is just right! The cooling factor is incredible. However, if you intend to put a mattress cover over it you will lose the “chill” factor of the mattress, unfortunately. I have a king size base and the mattress didn’t seem to fit the frame like it should. Otherwise, no complaints and my teenage son thinks he is living like a King!
