I really liked this console and some of the the new hardware and revised aspects of the console such as the bigger screen, bigger joy cons, and better kick stand. I especially really like the backwards compatibility feature although some games such as Marvel VS Capcom fighting collection is playable but may not work properly, which is unfortunate.

The system arrived fast and on time. setup was quick, and the system transfer went smoothly. The Switch 2 is perfect both for those upgrading or who have never owned a Switch before. If you are complaining about no games, remember that you have the whole legacy Switch library at your fingertips. Absolutely worth the price of admission.

i bought the Mario kart world bundle for the switch 2 on June 05 day one at the walmart release walked in grabbed the bundle the box was a little scratched but its fine tue contents inside was untouched so i did not really mind, works flawlessly and the performance was way better than the original switch. tue second one i bought online for my brother because he really wanted one as-well so i got him it and he loves it too. only con for me personally is the battery life of the switch its alright they could’ve squeezed in more of a bigger battery to last an extra hour or two considering the pricing of the console. other than that it is a great system so far no issues 👍🏻

I love the Swtich 2. It is an amazing console/handheld hybrid. It is Nintendo's best work imo. The graphics for the price is amazing. Not quite PS5/Series X quality but it does the job and the games run smooth. I would recommend this to people who are not so picky with graphics and love the switch, joycons, and nintendo first party titles. Also, the Joycon 2 have a mouse mode which enables you to have the precision of a mouse for aiming and the freedom of movement of a control stick for moving the character with the other Joycon 2. Best of both worlds. And perfect balance between Mouse and Controller. Kids would love this console/handheld hybrid with the wide variety of kid friendly games like Mario Kart, Zelda, Metroid, and Fortnite. But also adults would love Cyberpunk 2077 and the 450$ price point is great compared to the 600 to 700 dollar competition. It might not be as flashy as a PC but costs less than half the price of a decent PC. And you still get Ray Tracing in games like CyberPunk 2077. Transition from Docked to Handheld or Tabletop modes is instantaneous. If you previously had gotten a Switch and still have it you can set the two next to each other and share data and games between the two. Virtual game cards is like having a physical copy minus being able to trade it in or sell it. So you can only use that game on one console at a time. If you go to a different console then you have to "eject" the virtual game card and "put it in" the other console. Which is the only flaw in my opinion. Hogwarts Legacy has a mouse mode that is dynamic so you can switch on the fly without going into menus. Right to the control stick. The Joycons are MUCH bigger this time around. And they are much more enjoyable to use. Please do not forget the Joycon 2 attachments for the mouse mode as I scratched the side of the controller by not doing that immediately. Plus they have straps so you don't accidentally throw them. Nintendo Online expansion pack is 50 dollars for a year which is significantly less than say PS plus Premium which also includes classics for 150 dollars a year. The expansion pack includes classics from NES to SNES to N64 to Gamecube. And more GameCube games are going to be added in the future. Currently there are five with two versions each. My favorite amongst them is Soul Caliber II with Link. I loved that game as a child and I still love the game now. And instead of not learning from my mistakes and learning the move sets, I am much older now and can easily grasp the challenges. So I encourage everyone to try past titles to see how they have improved. lol. Plus they look great on a 4k tv. Zelda the wind waker is also available but I have yet to try that. Definitely calibrate your joycons motion controls if you are going to try them out or use them in any fashion. Handheld mode 1080p HDR 120hz screen is awesome btw.

It's good for its price. It plays nearly every Nintendo Switch Game, and once more Switch 2 Games Release, it'll get a even bigger library. Think of this like when the Nintendo DS upgraded to the 3DS, the 3DS had multiple generations of games it could play, and the same goes for the Switch 2.

I was able to snag this for my kids at 3 am while feeding the baby! My kids were begging for this - and honestly, I wasn't thrilled at the price. But when I had the opportunity to snag this, I decided to go for it. It honestly has been used by the whole family and I'm impressed with the graphics compared to our OLED and original one.

First time having pre ordered an new console and this thing Is worth It. Far superior specs, I don't know how I played the original switch at all the screen was so tiny compared to this. Compares to other countries selling Switch 2's, this is a very good price we got In the US. Battery life Is excellent, charging time Is an hour or so. Everything from first Switch plays much faster on this too. For storage, you can just use the same SD card for Switch. No need to change It.

The Switch 2 is a very welcome upgrade to the Switch. I can’t boast its graphical capabilities but its upgrades to Switch games are already magnificent. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet give me whiplash with how smooth they run. Also, while the screenshare function is laggy and slow- overall me and my pals love talking over Gamechat. Could we just use discord? Yeah, but it’s somehow invigorating doing it from the console.

I’m loving my new Nintendo Switch 2. The ONLY negative thing is the battery life. I played Mario Cart for roughly 1-1.5 hours and it drained the battery significantly. I’m definitely recharging every day. For the cost, I’d expect the battery to last longer. Everything else seems great. I love the size and clarity of the screen. I had the OLED and this model seems just as good. Maybe it’s just me. The buttons move easily when playing. Overall, I am very satisfied with it. I would recommend it.

Took what felt like forever to get. Constant refreshing online. It was around 2 am when 1 was left. I heard mixed reviews from people I know. A friend said his friends who bought it said the switch 2 was not as good as they thought. But my kid (35) who has been gaming since they could hold a controller said it is amazing. I had to get it. I have been playing dragon quest builders 2 on my switch for some time. The island i have been working on has been lagging because there is so much stuff. Was so annoying. Switch 2-- no lagging (not exaggerating). It is more clear %26 the loading time is amazing. I cannot wait to play botw %26 totk again on the switch 2. The only downer is the charging takes a lot longer %26 it stays charged about 2-3 hours of continual use. Not too bad considering it is larger than the switch. Overall, I have no regrets!
