[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been a fantastic upgrade from my previous TV that suddenly died. The remote takes some getting use to, but I like it overall. Very responsive and fluid operating system and a crisp picture.

I couldn't be happier with my TV (77in C5)!! You can customize the image to your hearts desire... Blue light or or off, AI on or off, brightness is ridiculous, etc. I am really happy with this TV! Only thing I'd change is to add the ability to remove the pointer feature (Where you can select things with the remote pointed at the screen). Image wise, the G5 is overkill bc this C5 leaves me with 0 wishes for an upgrade!! Its been 2 weeks and I'm amazed at how amazing everything looks!!

The smart features are very convenient and make hands free controlling your television easy with Amazon Alexa. It came with a free LG sound bar so the overall sound quality of the setup is excellent. My previous 70 inch LG was 10-20 lbs heavier due to being older and thicker. The new OLED 77 inch C5 is razor thin and awesome looking when wall mounted which was so easy due it being so light. The glass screen seems sturdier than the old LCD technology soft screen. I was still very scared to handle it while wall mounting it due to it being so thin but it installed great.

I use it with the Apple TV and the remote is really good and works automatically with my Apple TV. The menus are so good that I am considering start using them directly. Image quality is amazing, this is my first oled and I am really impressed. Specially at night is amazing. I was concern that during the day was not bright enough, but its really good, even in my house where I have floor to ceiling windows next to it. We play PS5 and the quality blowed us away here too.

Dolby Vision content looks especially impressive. Shows like Stranger Things look incredible, with dark scenes retaining detail while highlights really pop. I already own a 77-inch LG OLED C3, so this comparison comes from real-world use. Even though the size difference between 77 inches and 83 inches doesn't seem large on paper, it is very noticeable in practice. Installed in a dedicated media room, the 83-inch screen feels significantly more immersive and delivers a true home-theater experience. Another pleasant surprise is the sound quality. For a TV, it's much better than expected—clear dialogue, decent bass, and a fuller soundstage compared to most flat-panel TVs. It's good enough that you don't immediately feel the need for a soundbar. The new webOS UI feels smooth, modern, and responsive. Navigation is intuitive, apps load quickly, and the overall experience feels polished. Overall, the LG OLED C5 is an excellent upgrade, especially if you're coming from a 77-inch OLED. On my old TV, the Upside Down was just a muddy grey blur, but this screen brought it to life with perfect, inky blacks and terrifying detail.
