Such a user friendly experience from opening the box to turning it on ,my only criticism is that lg should state exact heights on each size tv for the wall mounting brackets ,makes it easier to put the mount on the wall,especially on a media wall . Very happy with my purchase ,now just need to play with settings and get the soundbar sorted

Sometimes I have to pause the screen and just stare, its almost like the images are coming out of the TV in 4D. I really like the picture and it has a great sound. No need for a sound barrier. Would have liked to have a manual so I didn't need to use the internet. Great TV, still learning about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a failed TV from another make it was so easy coming back to LG. As a previous LG owner it was all very familiar and easy to use. The OLED picture is fantastic. Only two minor gripes but even those might be down to my learning curve. I keep losing channels after a few days however forums seem to think poor reception is a possible cause. I'll work on that and see what happens. I also can't find the UKTV App "U" which seems weird so if anyone has an answer please let me know.

Great picture; the sound takes a bit of experimenting to fund the sweet spot. Really glad I found several videos online to help me change the default settIngs to give me a better user experience. I still find the menus cumbersome to navigate but I suppose I'll get used to them in time. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

Not worth the hype

After much deliberation, reading expert reviews, viewing in store, I purchased the much praised OLED direct from LG. Arrived as planned and set my eagerly awaited replacement TV. What a huge disappointment picture clarity, no depth, blurry images if not the main focal point. The colours may be vibrant, but too vibrant they cause blooming. I have tried all of the modes and manually adjusted the brightness and contrast, but to no avail. This is going back in the box to LG
