Good tea

The pitcher is very thin glass. After making a pot of iced tea, I barely bumped it against my sugar bowl and the entire pitcher went all over my counter and down the front of my cabinets and kitchen floor. Save your money, buy something else. Preferably one that has a plastic pitcher not cheap glass.

Product came defective had to return it.  It spilled all the hot water over my kitchen. It’s was coming out from the bottom and start button.

Bought this for my wife used it once the second time I used it all the hot water leaked out the bottom the machine can not be turned off so you half to pull the plug

Wouldn’t buy this

Works much better than the old one it replaced.  Different brand, so that it is all on it.  This one is fast, relatively quiet and brews better tea.  I use several dufferent loose leaf teas, so no paper or mesh to interfer with the process or change the flavor.  Clean up is easy, even though i am using loose leaf, a couple of taps on the basket and it's empty.
