The first one arrived with a broken pitcher. The 2nd one quit working the 2nd time I tried to use it. Both back to Sams. The pitcher was small, not as large as the 2 or 3 qt. Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker.

I assigned an overall rating of 1 star because zero was not an option. I have made three pitchers of iced tea, and now the glass container / pitcher is cracked. My unit is now useless.

Works great and it's pretty fast

The button came broken so I have to plug in and unplug to turn off

my cord was smelling like it was burning used only once and have to return it

Water leaks from the bottom of the tea maker first time using it.

Kids can make their own tea. I never run out of tea now.
