Leaks water out of the bottom. Pitcher seems fragile.

This is the best tea maker I have ever bought,tea is ready in minuets , and the tast is very good and is crystal clear.

Makes great iced tea, but lid to water reservoir broke right out of the box. Pitcher leaks during pouring and feels extremely fragile.

THE CANISTER BROKE THE FIRST WEEK I WAS PUTTING ICE IN IT A WASTE OF MONEY WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT IT IF I KNEW IT WAS GLASS

Tea finished and sat for 20 min or so, used a wooden spoon and gently stirred and bottom.broke. huge sticky mess all over counter, new cabinets and new rug on floor. Not happy
