The best tea maker!  I love the glass carafe as opposed to plastic.  The tea tastes great!

The glass pitcher is a little thin, the tea maker works great and my tea tastes good.

Seems to perform as described but flimsy construction.  Mr. Coffee is twice as sturdy.

Bought this for my wife used it once the second time I used it all the hot water leaked out the bottom the machine can not be turned off so you half to pull the plug

Wouldn’t buy this

Works much better than the old one it replaced.  Different brand, so that it is all on it.  This one is fast, relatively quiet and brews better tea.  I use several dufferent loose leaf teas, so no paper or mesh to interfer with the process or change the flavor.  Clean up is easy, even though i am using loose leaf, a couple of taps on the basket and it's empty.
