We used everyday love it till stop working after year 😪

Item arrived with water reservoir broke. Also top to tea basket doe not fit properly. Very poorly made.

So much easier than leaving a pan with tea bags in it for 1 hour before putting in container. I have not seen a down side to this yet except having another item on my counter top.

It always tasted watered down. Not for true sweet tea drinkers. Tried it many ways and cant get flavor right, even open tea bag and used loose still didnt taste right

This was received as a gift in August, and was an immediate hit. But for the last month or two, it leaks, and will shut off without completing the cycle. In addition to the one year warranty, and extended warranty was purchased. As it isn't a store item, and I am not a Sam's Club member, am unsure how to handle this. But as we drink tea nearly daily, we certainly aren't happy.

Best ice tea maker ever! Been using this brand for years. I’m getting ready to order my third one!

thin fragile glass. bottom came out and made a huge sticky mess all over counter, cabinets and floor.

Looks as advertised, havent used yet
