After set up, the adjustable bed frame performed as advertised. But be forewarned that it’s delivery package was large, heavy and bulky. It’ll take two people to unpack, assemble and setup. It’s assembly and operating instructions were poorly written and illustrated.

Great reasonably priced adjustable base. Very smooth movements, back lit controller, 30 degree head tilt feature, zero gravity setting, anti-snore setting, 2 additional self programmable settings, immediate return to flat position setting separate head & foot controls. Partial wall hugging I also have the split king(two twin XL) bought it first & love them both. Why pay triple for a night light & a USB port? I can reach my nightstand from this base when head is up.

This is the best purchase I have made in a very long time. My husband has a condition and can no longer sleep laying flat. I have scoured the internet looking for the best adjustable base bed and found ones cheaper and ones more expensive than this one. However, I kept coming back to this one and am so glad I did. It is super easy to set up, but the box is very, very heavy. The controls are very easy to use. We paired it with a Serta Sleep to Go 12' Gel Memory Foam Luxury Mattress and they work together beautifully. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

We recently bought a much needed new mattress and decided to add an adjustable base to go along with our new purchase. Before making any purchase, I research more than enough to make my wife start to get angry. I had a $2000 adjustable base I was close to buying, along with a mattress that was double that. Then, I decided to come check Sam’s. So glad I did! An adjustable base for less than $500?? With all the features?! And backed by Sams guarantee?! Excellent base. No problems so far. And even my wife is happy with it!

Love this new bed frame. The many different position selections give me the opportunity to select the one that feels perfect for me. I now wake up with no or much less low back pain. The massage/vibration quickly relaxes me allowing a peaceful sleep. The bonus of the USB ports located on both sides is appreciated, making things just a little bit neater.

The base arrived in great condition. A word of warning it is extremely heavy and arrives on your front porch. I really didn't think about it when I purchased it how heavy it would be. Luckily I have two sons who were able to carry it upstairs for me. Otherwise I was able to set it up on my own once in the room. Works wonderfully, highly recommend

Always wanted an adjustable bed so I took a chance on this one but am I glad I did. I got the Queen size and it is very heavy but in a what I would say small box. Just opened the box and unfolded the base. Attached the legs and plugged in the power cord. It fits inside my existing bed bed frame which my headboard is attached to. Love the Zero Gravity button. The remote is so easy to use. Press one button and it goes flat. Also love the extra pillow tilt up. I use it every time. No tools required.

Though it looked like Fed-Ex dragged the box behind the truck everything was in tact and ok. I never owned one before but read the reviews and compared the others and this one is awesome. Others look as if they are cheaply built and cost way more with lees features. This one (queen size) has more features PLUS massage that it pretty cool. Though I just put in place today everything seems to be great. Easy to set-up but suggest you have a second person on hand to help get in house and into place as pretty heavy but easy to slide around once legs are on it. I hope to get many years of enjoyment out of this unit. I give two thumbs up so far and think you will be happy as I am.

This comes all but fully assembled as one piece and in one box. In the box, it's hard to handle and maneuver. I ended up removing the two hinge bolts, nuts, and washers. Also, I disconnected the two wires that were attached to the other side. It really should come as two pieces in separate boxes. The only assembly that is required is attaching the six legs and connecting the power supply. Once assembled and flipped, it's super easy to move on carpet. I was worried about moving it where I wanted after it was flipped. Everything works as it should. It's a solid unit. For the money and the features, I don't think there's a better option out there.

Works just fine. NOTE: It DOES move "south" while adjusting the bed. Mine stops when it comes in contact with my foot board. Thought it was something else, but I would push it back up to the headboard everyday. Now I just leave it. The vibration is probably fine, but most the vibrations get "muffled" by the gel mattress I have. I use it mainly while I am watching tv and to get my legless husband out of bed. I first get him in a sitting position. So I give it a FIVE.
