This bed does do all the things the ad says it will, it just does it on a very simple scale. The pillow tilt doesn't tilt the pillow so much as it raises the head of the bed a little more. My mattress is a foam mattress so it's compatible with this bed but when the foot is elevated, the mattress points straight up in the air - it would be helpful if there was a way to secure the mattress to the base so it bends like it's supposed to. The massage feature? Well, it vibrates the mattress so yes, you get a "massage". For the cost of this bed, yes, it does what it's supposed to. I would not pay a penny more than I did.

This adjustable base is wonderful! The remote set positions are great or position your own. The message is so good. It helps me relax and fall to sleep. It only came with one remote but I called the number on paper enclosed and they are sending me another one.

Love this new bed frame. The many different position selections give me the opportunity to select the one that feels perfect for me. I now wake up with no or much less low back pain. The massage/vibration quickly relaxes me allowing a peaceful sleep. The bonus of the USB ports located on both sides is appreciated, making things just a little bit neater.

So far so good. I use it with my new Serta Mattress that I bought. It's only been a week so hopeful it will hold up to warranty. It is very quite moving it up and down and silent when not moving so that it does not interfere with your sleep. I like the fact that you can adjust the height from 3" to 12" and I choose the 12" because I like a high bed. The delivery people put it together with my white glove delivery mattress and it seemed to be easy to assemble because they had it together in no time.

My first adjustable bed and I am so happy!! Set up was easy, just open the box, add the legs, and plug it in! The remote is easy to use and lights up. It adjusts easily and quietly and also has 2 programs settings which are perfect. Massage feature for back and legs is wonderful.

got these adjustable base for a feel weeks now over the branded one that cost twice as much. They’re Sams club satisfaction guaranty, not sure what that mean for warranty but so far so good. Solid base, needing it to help elevate the head in ease with the snooring. Remote have few preset mode such as ZZZ for snoring, Zero gravity, etc....Vibration for massaging can do without and would cut the cost a little bit. Packaging sucks as it rip during shipping with minor scratches. Shipping box is made of thin recycle cardboard no padding in between for frame that weight over 100lbs. The damage would have been the reason for return but too much hassle. Overall the adjustable frame is best value for the money comparing to the brand name one, if the electronic will last .

We purchased online after shopping locally and couldn't resist the great price. It was delivered sooner than expected. It was packed well, but did require 2 people to move it and set-up and true to it's word, no tools were required - other than to open the box. We love it and all the sleep options. We have went thru multiple mattresses/pillows and turns out we just needed an adjustable base.

Easy to setup! If you have an enclosed bed frame attached to your headboard and footboard, remove either side of the board that's attached to the headboard and footboard for easy installation and to prevent injuries! Remove from package and remove all the packages that are, securely, attached on the bottom of the frame. With the mechanical frame on its side, simply, connect the couple of hardness wiring together. You must screw on the 6 legs before setting up mechanical frame in its proper position! It's amazing!

Been sleeping on this base with an older tempurpedic mattress for almost a month. It made the “too hard” mattress more comfortable. It is made for a taller person than me (5’4”) so I have to use a pillow under my knees. The base is height adjustable, but doesn’t get high enough for my taste and it is lighter than I’d like. Easy to assemble. Seems well made and I love the massage feature. Overall I’d recommend this base.

Bought this along with the Hotel premier memory foam mattress as a gift for my grandparents in their 80’s. The love both and says how beds have improved in the last 40 years when they got their last set. At their age the 160 pound box as well as putting it together was a little work and took a day to move piece by piece. But over all great buy especially from Sam’s the price is amazing!
